Claims (11)
- 55~65重量%のCuと、
1~2.5重量%のMnと、
0.7~2重量%のSnと、
0.2~1.5重量%のFeと、
2~4重量%のNiと、
2~5重量%のAlと、
0.2~2重量%のSiと、
2.0重量%のCo最大量と、
0.1重量%のPb最大量と、
不可避的不純物とともにある残余量のZnと、からなる、高力黄銅合金であって、
前記高力黄銅合金が、主としてβ相でできており、
前記高力黄銅合金のα相の体積比率が10%未満であり、
前記高力黄銅合金の金属間化合物相の体積比率が5~9%であり、
前記Mn元素及びSn元素の合計が少なくとも1.7重量%であり、かつ最大で4.5重量%である、高力黄銅合金製品用高力黄銅合金。 - 前記Mn元素及びSn元素が、1.25~0.85のMn:Sn重量比で前記合金中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高力黄銅合金。
- 前記Mn元素:Sn元素の前記重量比が1.1~0.92であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高力黄銅合金。
- 59~65重量%のCuと、
1.3~1.65重量%のMnと、
1.3~1.65重量%のSnと、
0.5~1.0重量%のFeと、
2.4~3.4重量%のNiと、
3.1~4.1重量%のAlと、
1.0~1.7重量%のSiと、
2.0重量%のCo最大量と、
不可避的不純物とともにある残余量のZnと、からなる、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の高力黄銅合金。 - 59~62重量%のCuと、
1.3~1.65重量%のMnと、
1.3~1.65重量%のSnと、
0.5~1.0重量%のFeと、
2.4~3.4重量%のNiと、
3.1~4.1重量%のAlと、
1.0~1.7重量%のSiと、
不可避的不純物とともにある残余量のZnと、からなる、請求項4に記載の高力黄銅合金。 - 前記Co含有量が、0.9~1.6重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高力黄銅合金。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の高力黄銅合金から製造された高力黄銅合金製品であって、高力黄銅合金が、主としてβ相でできていることを特徴とする、高力黄銅合金製品。
- 導電率が10MS/m未満であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の高力黄銅合金製品。
- 前記高力黄銅合金製品の前記導電率が、8.2MS/m未満であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の高力黄銅合金製品。
- 前記合金製品が、軸受部品であることを特徴とする、請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の高力黄銅合金製品。
- 前記軸受部品が、ターボチャージャー軸受のための部品であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の高力黄銅合金製品。
