Claims (8)
- プレス加工において衝撃荷重が生じるプレス金型周辺装置に用いられるプレス金型部品用摺動部材であって、
鉄系基材と、
前記鉄系基材の上に形成されており、固体潤滑剤とポリイミド樹脂を含まず、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂からなる中間層と、
前記中間層の上に形成されており、前記固体潤滑剤を含み、前記ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂からなる摺動層と、
を有し、
前記プレス金型部品用摺動部材の衝撃運動量減衰率は、5%以上である、ことを特徴とするプレス金型部品用摺動部材。 - 前記中間層は、前記固体潤滑剤を含まず、前記ポリエーテルエーテルケトン樹脂のみの樹脂からなる、請求項1に記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材。
- 前記中間層は、無機充填剤を含む、請求項1または2に記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材。
- 前記摺動層は、カーボンファイバーを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材。
- 前記固体潤滑剤は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン及び黒鉛のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材。
- 前記カーボンファイバーは、直径が10μm以上20μm未満、かつ、長さが最大1000μmのピッチ系カーボンファイバーである、請求項4に記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材。
- 前記無機充填剤は、マイカである、請求項3に記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のプレス金型部品用摺動部材を有するプレス金型周辺装置。
