Description
表面上に前記電子部品を有し、角部を有する四角形の放熱板と、
前記放熱板が配置される開口を有し、角部を有する四角形の基板と、
この基板上に複数の端子を有するコネクタと、
前記放熱板と前記基板とを接合する接着部材と、
前記電子部品と前記端子とをそれぞれ接続する配線と、を備え、
前記放熱板は、前記放熱板の角部が前記基板の角部に対して回転して配置されている。
ヘッドアップディスプレイ1(以下、HUD1という。)は、自動車のインストルメントパネル内に配置される。HUD1は、投射型表示装置10と、第1平面鏡13と、第2平面鏡14と、スクリーン15と、第1凹面鏡16と、第2凹面鏡17と、ケース18と、を主に有している。HUD1は、投射型表示装置10が表示した表示画像を表す表示光Lを、リレー光学系を構成する第1および第2平面鏡13、14と第1および第2凹面鏡16、17とで反射させ、透過反射部の一例である自動車のフロントガラス2に照射する。視認者(主に運転者)は、HUD1が生成する画像可視領域であるアイボックス3内に視点4を置くことで、車両前方の景色(実景)と重ねて表示画像の虚像Vを視認することができる。

Claims (2)
- 光源及びサーミスタからなる電子部品と、
表面上に前記電子部品を有し、角部を有する四角形の放熱板と、
前記放熱板が配置される開口を有し、角部を有する四角形の基板と、
この基板上に複数の端子を有するコネクタと、
前記放熱板と前記基板とを接合する接着部材と、
前記電子部品と前記端子とをそれぞれ接続する配線と、を備え、
前記放熱板は、前記放熱板の角部が前記基板の角部に対して回転して配置されている複合基板。 - 前記配線は、少なくとも、前記放熱板と前記接着部材との界面と前記基板と前記接着部材との界面とを跨ぐ範囲に、他の範囲よりも線幅が太い補強部を有する請求項1に記載の複合基板。
