Claims (6)
- 基体部と、
前記基体部に内蔵され、周回導体を含むコイルと、を備え、
前記基体部は、前記コイルのコイル軸に略垂直な方向で前記周回導体の一部を構成する導体層の周囲に設けられ、複数の金属磁性粒子を含む磁性体層と、前記コイル軸の方向で隣接する前記導体層の間及び前記コイル軸の方向で隣接する前記磁性体層の間に設けられ、前記複数の金属磁性粒子よりも硬く且つ前記複数の金属磁性粒子よりも平均粒径が小さい複数の高硬度絶縁粒子と、を有し、
前記複数の高硬度絶縁粒子は、前記複数の金属磁性粒子と構成元素が同じで且つ組成比が異なる金属磁性粒子であり、
前記複数の金属磁性粒子の平均粒径に対する前記複数の高硬度絶縁粒子の平均粒径の割合は、8%以下である、積層コイル部品。 - 基体部と、
前記基体部に内蔵され、周回導体を含むコイルと、を備え、
前記基体部は、前記コイルのコイル軸に略垂直な方向で前記周回導体の一部を構成する導体層の周囲に設けられ、複数の金属磁性粒子を含む磁性体層と、前記コイル軸の方向で隣接する前記導体層の間及び前記コイル軸の方向で隣接する前記磁性体層の間に設けられ、前記複数の金属磁性粒子よりも硬く且つ前記複数の金属磁性粒子よりも平均粒径が小さい複数の高硬度絶縁粒子と、を有し、
前記複数の高硬度絶縁粒子は、前記複数の金属磁性粒子とは異なる磁性粒子であり、
前記複数の金属磁性粒子の平均粒径に対する前記複数の高硬度絶縁粒子の平均粒径の割合は、8%以下である、積層コイル部品。 - 基体部と、
前記基体部に内蔵され、周回導体を含むコイルと、を備え、
前記基体部は、前記コイルのコイル軸に略垂直な方向で前記周回導体の一部を構成する導体層の周囲に設けられ、複数の金属磁性粒子を含む磁性体層と、前記コイル軸の方向で隣接する前記導体層の間及び前記コイル軸の方向で隣接する前記磁性体層の間に設けられ、前記複数の金属磁性粒子よりも硬く且つ前記複数の金属磁性粒子よりも平均粒径が小さい複数の高硬度絶縁粒子と、を有し、
前記複数の高硬度絶縁粒子は、非磁性粒子である、積層コイル部品。 - 前記複数の金属磁性粒子の平均粒径に対する前記複数の高硬度絶縁粒子の平均粒径の割合は、7%以下である、請求項3記載の積層コイル部品。
- 前記隣接する導体層の間隔は、前記導体層の厚さよりも薄い、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の積層コイル部品。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の積層コイル部品と、
前記積層コイル部品が実装された回路基板と、を備える電子機器。
