Claims (14)
- 患者の心臓(26)にセンサ(18、610、710)を固定するための装置であって、
単一の主リード(14、660)を有する心臓アンカーリードと、
前記主リード(14、660)に結合され、分岐点(18)から延びる第1のアンカー(14、620、720)と、
前記主リード(14、660)に結合され、前記分岐点(18)から延びる第2のアンカー(14、630、730)と、
前記主リード(14、660)と、前記第1のアンカー(14、620、720)及び前記第2のアンカー(14,630、730)の一方または両方と、の間の点で、前記装置に固定された、前記センサ(18,610,710)と、を含み、
前記センサ(18,610,710)は、前記心臓(26)の動きを検出するためのモーションセンサである、装置。 - 前記センサ(18、610、710)は、前記心臓(26)の運動を検出するように構成される加速度計または前記心臓(26)の角速度を測定するように構成されるジャイロスコープのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、少なくとも1つのペースメーカー電極(20)を備え、
前記第1のアンカー(14、620、720)及び前記第2のアンカー(14、630、730)の一方または両方は、前記ペースメーカー電極(20)によって前記分岐点(18)に結合されている、請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記センサ(18、610、710)は、前記分岐点(18)に位置しており、センサ本体(18、610、710)に収容されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記主リード(14、660)、前記第1のアンカー(14、620、720)、及び、前記第2のアンカー(14、630、730)は、前記センサ本体(18、610、710)に結合されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のアンカー(14、620、720)に結合された心臓針(16)と、
前記第2のアンカー(14、630、730)に結合された心臓針(16)と、を備え、
これらの心臓針(16)は、これらのアンカー(14、620、630、720、730)を前記心臓(26)の組織に移植するために使用されるように構成される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記主リード(14、660)は、前記分岐点(18)から前記装置の近位端まで延び、前記主リード(14、660)は、電力接続及びデータ接続のような前記センサ(18、610、710)に対する電気的接続を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記主リード(14、660)が、前記患者の胸壁を穿刺するように構成された胸部針(22)に結合される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記主リード(14、660)は、アダプタ(36)との電気的接続を形成するためのコネクタ(32、34)で終端する、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記コネクタ(32、34)は、前記アダプタ(36)の対応するソケット部分またはプラグ部分と結合するためのプラグ部分またはソケット部分を備える、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記主リード(14、660)は、胸壁を穿刺するように構成された胸部針(22)に結合され、
前記胸部針(22)は、基部および取り外し可能な先端(28)を有し、
前記基部は、前記コネクタ(32、34)を含む、請求項9または10に記載の装置。 - 前記コネクタ(32、34)は、前記胸部針(22)の基部の周囲に導電リングとして形成され、
前記コネクタ(32、34)は、前記導電リングとの整列および前記導電リングへの電気的接続のための一連の導電性端子(38)を含むアダプタ(36)に結合されるように構成される、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 心臓監視システムであって、
請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の心臓アンカーリード(14、660)及びセンサ(18、610、710)を有する装置と、
前記センサ(18、610、710)からデータを受信するためのデータ処理装置と、を備える、心臓監視システム。 - 前記心臓アンカーリード(14、660)は、少なくとも一つのペースメーカー電極(20)を含み、
前記データ処理装置は、前記ペースメーカー電極(20)に対するペーシング信号を制御する機能を有し、
前記データ処理装置は、心臓の運動データにアクセスし、オプションとしてペーシングデータにもアクセスし、このデータに関する情報をオペレーターに提供するように構成されている、および/または、
前記データ処理装置は、心臓の機能に関するデータを提供する、または、患者の活動から生じる動きおよび/または心臓補助装置のような他の装置によって誘発される動きを含むモーションセンサデータの特徴、を識別する、請求項13に記載の心臓監視システム。
