Description
圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を[a1,b1]に制御し、P0<a1である場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を上げる等の方法で差P0を上げる。P0>b1である場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を下げる方法及び吸排気側のバイパス構造を開けて圧力を解放する方法で差P0を下げる。
排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を[a2,b2]に制御し、P0<a2である場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を上げる等の方法で差P0を上げる。P0>b2である場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を下げる方法及び吸排気側のバイパス構造を開けて圧力を解放する方法で差P0を下げる。同様に、切り替える前に、圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を[a2,b2]に制御する。
Claims (14)
- 可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法であって、
圧縮機の運転モードを切り替える前に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出してA1とすることと、
圧縮機の運転モードを切り替え、所定の時間に達した後に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出してA2とすることと、
A1とA2を比較し、A1とA2の比率関係が所定の条件を満たす場合、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えが成功したと判断し、そうでない場合、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えが失敗したと判断することと、を含み、
圧縮機の運転モードを切り替える前に、まず、圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を第1の所定範囲内に制御し、次に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出することを特徴とする、可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。 - 圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0が第1の所定範囲の下限設定値未満である場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を上げる方法で排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を上げることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- 圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0が第1の所定範囲の上限設定値より大きい場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を下げる方法、及び/又は、圧縮機の吸排気側のバイパス構造を開けて圧力を解放する方法で、圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を下げることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- 圧縮機の運転モードを切り替える前に、まず、圧縮機の運転周波数を第2の所定範囲内に制御し、次に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- 圧縮機の運転周波数が第2の所定範囲の下限設定値未満である場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を上げ、圧縮機の運転周波数が第2の所定範囲の上限設定値より大きい場合、圧縮機の運転周波数を下げることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- 圧縮機は少なくとも2つのシリンダを備え、少なくとも1つのシリンダは作動状態にあり、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えは、作動状態に入るシリンダが増加する運転モードに圧縮機を切り替えるという第1切り替え方法と、作動状態に入るシリンダが減少する運転モードに圧縮機を切り替えるという第2切り替え方法とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- A1とA2を比較し、作動状態に入るシリンダが増加する運転モードに圧縮機を切り替える場合、A1とA2の関係が所定の条件A2≧m*A1(m≧1)を満たすと、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えが成功したと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- A1とA2を比較し、作動状態に入るシリンダが減少する運転モードに圧縮機を切り替える場合、A1とA2の関係が所定の条件A2≦A1/m(m≧1)を満たすと、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えが成功したと判断することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- mの取る値範囲は[1.2,2]であることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法。
- 請求項1に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法を実現するための可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断装置であって、
圧縮機の運転モードを切り替える前に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出してA1とし、圧縮機の運転モードを切り替え、所定の時間に達した後に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出してA2とするように構成される検出ユニットと、
A1とA2を比較し、A1とA2の比率関係が所定の条件を満たす場合、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えが成功したと判断し、そうでない場合、圧縮機の運転モードの切り替えが失敗したと判断するように構成される比較判断ユニットと、
圧縮機の運転モードを切り替える前に、まず、圧縮機の排気圧力P1と吸気圧力P2の差P0を第1の所定範囲内に制御し、次に、圧縮機の現在の電流値を検出するように構成される制御ユニットと、を備えることを特徴とする、可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断装置。 - コンピュータ装置であって、メモリと、プロセッサと、メモリに記憶され、プロセッサで実行可能なコンピュータプログラムと、を備え、前記プロセッサは前記プログラムを実行する時に請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法を実現することを特徴とする、コンピュータ装置。
- コンピュータ実行可能命令を含む記憶装置であって、コンピュータ実行可能命令を含む前記記憶装置は、コンピュータのプロセッサにより実行される時に請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の可変容量圧縮機の運転モードの判断方法を実行することに用いられることを特徴とする、記憶装置。
- 請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の装置を備えることを特徴とする、可変容量圧縮機。
- 請求項10乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の装置を備えることを特徴とする、エアコン。
