Claims (11)
- 空気圧装置によって空気圧輸送システム内で空気圧輸送可能材料を輸送するための、少なくとも1つの材料輸送キャリアと、連続輸送経路内に設けられ、前記連続輸送経路内の前記材料輸送キャリアと前記空気圧輸送可能材料とを分離するように適合されている分離フィルタを備え、前記空気圧装置は、前記連続輸送経路を形成する1つまたは複数の管を備える前記空気圧輸送システム内で前記空気圧輸送可能材料を輸送するために、前記材料輸送キャリアに対して負圧で動作するように適合されている、前記空気圧輸送システムであって、
前記空気圧輸送システムの開始期間中に前記分離フィルタの清浄側で初期圧力降下を検出するための圧力降下監視要素が設けられ、前記圧力降下監視要素は、前記圧力降下監視要素によって前記空気圧輸送システムの異なる開始期間にわたって検出された初期圧力降下を比較することによって前記分離フィルタのフィルタ性能を監視するように適合されていることを特徴とする、空気圧輸送システム。 - 前記空気圧装置は、加圧空気によって駆動されるエジェクタであり、前記空気圧輸送システムは、負圧を有する材料輸送キャリア流体を使用する搬送システムである、請求項1に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記空気圧装置は、加圧空気によって駆動されるエジェクタであり、前記空気圧輸送システムは、真空圧を有する空気を使用する搬送システムである、請求項2に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記圧力降下監視要素は、初期負圧挙動を測定し、前記挙動のデータを取得するように適合された圧力センサである、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記圧力センサは、真空センサである、請求項4に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記圧力降下監視要素に接続可能であり、前記圧力降下監視要素と通信するように適合されたコントローラが、データを収集してストアに格納するように適合されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記分離フィルタにわたる特定の測定される高すぎる圧力降下に起因して、自動フィルタ洗浄のような措置を取るように適合されている、請求項6に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記分離フィルタにわたる特定の測定される高すぎる圧力降下に起因して、手動フィルタ洗浄またはフィルタの交換を指示することのような措置を取るように適合されている、請求項6に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記分離フィルタにわたる測定される圧力降下が特に低すぎることに起因して、前記空気圧輸送システムの危険な可能性がある動作を自動的に停止するように適合されている、請求項6に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記コントローラは、初期圧力挙動に対応する本質的に欠落した圧力降下に起因して、前記空気圧輸送システムの危険な可能性がある動作を緊急停止するように適合されている、請求項9に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
- 前記空気圧装置は電気真空ポンプであり、前記空気圧輸送システムは、負圧を有する材料輸送キャリア流体を使用する搬送システムである、請求項1に記載の空気圧輸送システム。
