Description
Claims (18)
- 第1シース(48)と、前記第1シース(48)の中で摺動方向(X-X)に摺動する第1ピストン(50)とを備えたショックアブゾーバ(8)であって、
前記第1ピストン(50)は、前記第1シース(48)から突出する第1ロッド(52)と、前記第1シース(48)の内側に収容された第1ヘッド(54)とを有し、
前記第1シース(48)は油圧流体が充填されており、
前記第1ロッド(52)と前記第1シース(48)はそれぞれ、ホイール(20,28)とフレーム(12)に又はフレーム(12)とホイール(20,28)に機械的に接続され、
前記ショックアブゾーバ(8)は第2シース(56)を有し
前記第2シース(56)は、前記第1シース(48)に流体接続され、また、前記第1シース(48)の前記油圧流体が通過する孔(62)を有する少なくとも一つの減衰弁(60)を備えている、前記ショックアブゾーバ(8)において、
前記第2シース(56)は、摺動方向(X-X)に関して、前記第1ピストン(50)における前記第1ヘッド(54)の両側に配置された第1通路(64)及び第2通路(68)によって、前記第1シース(48)に接続されており、
前記第1通路(64)は圧縮動作の際に前記第1ヘッド(54)が前記第1通路(64)に接近すると前記油圧流体の流れを許可し、
前記第2通路(68)は伸張動作の際に前記第1ヘッド(54)が前記第2通路(68)に接近すると前記油圧流体の流れを許可し、
前記第2シース(56)は、アンロック位置とブロック位置との間で所定のストロークの移動が可能な制御弁(72)を有し、
前記アンロック位置において、前記制御弁(72)は前記第1通路(64)及び前記第2通路(68)と干渉せず、
前記ブロック位置において、前記制御弁(72)は前記第1通路(64)及び前記第2通路(68)を閉鎖して、
前記圧縮動作及び前記伸張動作に選択的双方向ブロックを実現する、ショックアブゾーバ(8)。 - 前記減衰弁(60)は、前記第2シース(56)に固定され、前記油圧流体が通過する孔を少なくとも部分的に有する減衰プレート(74)を備えている、請求項1のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記制御弁(72)は、前記ストロークに従って摺動する軸方向弁であり、前記油圧流体が通過する孔を少なくとも部分的に有する減衰プレート(74)が取り付けられた前記減衰弁(60)と一体化されている、請求項1のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記制御弁(72)は一対の閉鎖弁(76,78)を有し、
前記一対の閉鎖弁(76,78)は、前記第1通路(64)と前記第2通路(68)を閉鎖するように前記減衰プレート(74)の両側に配置されている、請求項2のショックアブゾーバ(8)。 - 前記閉鎖弁(76,78)は、円盤で、前記第1通路(64)と前記第2通路(68)に配置された状態で前記第1通路(64)と前記第2通路(68)を閉鎖する横方向の縁(77)を備えており、また、前記第2シース(56)の内側で前記油圧流体が通過するための貫通開口(79)を備えている、請求項4のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記制御弁(72)は、アクチュエータ手段(82)に連結された第2ロッド(80)に取り付けられている、請求項1から5のいずれかのショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第2ロッド(80)は、前記第2シース(56)から突出している、請求項6のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第2シース(56)は少なくとも一つの容量保証部(84)が設けられており、
前記容量保証部(56)は、前記油圧流体から分離され、前記第1シース(48)からの前記油圧流体の圧力を受ける可動隔壁(88)によって区画されている、請求項1から7のいずれかのショックアブゾーバ(8)。 - 前記容量保証部(84)は、圧縮性流体で満たされている、請求項8のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記可動隔壁(88)は、前記容量保証部(84)の内側に収容された弾性手段に接続されている、請求項8又は9のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第1シース(48)と前記第2シース(56)は、前記摺動方向(X-X)に関して互いに平行で且つ並列に配置されている、請求項1から10のいずれかのショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第1シース(48)と前記第2シース(56)は、前記摺動方向(X-X)に関して互いに平行で且つ同軸に配置されている、請求項1のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記制御弁(72)と前記減衰弁(60)は、前記第1シース(48)の周りに設けられている、請求項12のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第2シース(56)は、前記第1シース(48)に対して摺動可能である、請求項12のショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第2シース(56)は、前記第1シース(48)に対して摺動するために、アクチュエータ手段(82)に接続されている、請求項12から14のいずれかのショックアブゾーバ(8)。
- 前記第1ロッド(52)と前記第1シース(48)は、モータビークル(4)のホイール(20,28)とフレーム(12)又はフレーム(12)とホイール(20,28)と機械的に接続されている、請求項1から15のいずれかのショックアブゾーバ(8)を有するホイールアセンブリ(40)。
- 二つのステアリングホイール(20’、20”)を支持する前部キャリッジ(16)と、少なくとも一つの後部ホイール(28)を支持する後部車軸(24)とを有するモータビークル(4)であって、

前記モータビークルは、前記前部キャリッジ(16)に二つの前部ステアリングホイール(20’、20”)を備え、前記後部車軸(24)に前記少なくとも一つの後部ホイール(28)を備えた傾斜式モータサイクルであって、
前記前部ステアリングホイール(20’、20”)はそれぞれ、請求項1から15に係るショックアブゾーバ(8)によって前記前部キャリッジ(16)に接続されている、請求項17のモータビークル。
