(a2)項1~4のいずれかの誘電体材料もしくは項5~8のいずれかの誘電体組成物を含むテープを基体に適用する工程;又は
(a3)項1~4のいずれかの誘電体材料もしくは項5~8のいずれかの誘電体組成物の複数の粒子を成形して、モノリシック複合基体を形成する工程;及び
(b)誘電体材料を焼結するのに十分な温度で基体を焼成する工程、
を含む、電子部品を形成する方法。
互い違いの層が異なる誘電率を有する方法。
Claims (22)
- (a)80~99wt%のホストI:
ホストIは:
i)10~30wt%ZnO、
ii)65~90wt%SiO2、及び
iii)0.1~5wt%MnOを含み;
加えて、
(b)0~5wt%CaCO3、
(c)0.1~8wt%H3BO3、
(d)0.1~5wt%Li2CO3、
(e)0.1~5wt%CuO、並びに
(f)0~5wt%CaF2 、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - (a)80~99wt%のホストII:
ホストIIは:
i)10~30wt%MgO、及び
ii)70~90wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて、
(b)0.1~5wt%CaCO 3 、
(c)0.1~8wt%H 3 BO 3 、
(d)0.1~5wt%Li 2 CO 3 、並びに
(e)0.1~5wt%CuO、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - (a)80~99wt%のホストIII:
ホストIIIは:
i)50~85wt%ZnO、
ii)0~20wt%のMgO、及び
iii)15~40wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて、
(b)0.1~5wt%SiO 2 、
(c)0.1~5wt%CaCO 3 、
(d)0.1~8wt%H 3 BO 3 、
(e)0.1~5wt%Li 2 CO 3 、
(f)0.1~5wt%CuO、並びに
(g)0.1~5wt%CaF 2 、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - (a)80~99wt%のホストIII:
ホストIIIは:
i)50~85wt%ZnO、及び
ii)15~40wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて、
(b)0.1~5wt%CuO、
(c)0.1~5wt%LiF、並びに
(d)0.1~12wt%のホウ酸亜鉛、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - (a)80~99wt%のホストIV:
ホストIVは:
i)45~70wt%MgO、
ii)0~25wt%ZnO、及び
iii)30~55wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて、
(b)0~5wt%CaCO 3 、
(c)0.1~8wt%H 3 BO 3 、
(d)0~5wt%Li 2 CO 3 、
(e)0.1~5wt%CuO、
(f)0~5wt%LiF、並びに
(g)0~12wt%のホウ酸亜鉛、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - (a)80~99wt%の、ホストIII及びホストIV:
1.ホストIIIは:
i)50~85wt%ZnO、及び
ii)15~40wt%SiO 2 を含み;並びに
2.ホストIVは:
i)45~70wt%MgO、及び
ii)30~55wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて、
(b)0~5wt%SiO 2 、
(c)0~5wt%CaCO 3 、
(d)0~8wt%H 3 BO 3 、
(e)0~5wt%Li 2 CO 3 、
(f)0.1~5wt%CuO、
(g)0~5wt%LiF、
(h)0~5wt%CaF 2 、並びに
(i)0~12wt%のホウ酸亜鉛、

i)45~70wt%MgO、及び
ii)30~55wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて
(b)45~70wt%SiO2、
(c)0.1~5wt%CaCO3、
(d)0.1~8wt%H3BO3、
(e)0.1~5wt%Li2CO3、並びに
(f)0.1~5wt%CuO、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - (a)40~60wt%のホストIII:
ホストIIIは:
i)50~85wt%ZnO、及び
ii)15~40wt%SiO 2 を含み;
加えて
(b)30~50wt%CaTiO3、
(c)0.1~5wt%CaCO3、
(d)0.1~8wt%H3BO3、並びに
(e)0.1~5wt%Li2CO3 、
又は前述のいずれかの酸化物均等物を焼成前に含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料。 - 前記誘電体材料が粉末形態である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の誘電体材料。
- (a)0.1~40wt%ZnO、
(b)0~5wt%MnO、
(c)55~90wt%SiO2、
(d)0~5wt%CaO、
(e)0.1~5wt%B2O3、
(f)0.1~5wt%Li2O、
(g)0.1~5wt%CuO、及び
(h)0~5wt%CaF2 、を含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料を焼成時に形成する前駆体の混合物を含む、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの組成物。 - (a)0.1~30wt%MgO、
(b)55~90wt%SiO 2 、
(c)0.1~5wt%CaO、
(d)0.1~5wt%B 2 O 3 、
(e)0.1~5wt%Li 2 O、及び
(f)0.1~5wt%CuO、を含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料を焼成時に形成する前駆体の混合物を含む、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの組成物。 - (a)30~50wt%ZnO、
(b)5~25wt%SiO2、
(c)8~28wt%CaO、
(d)15~35wt%TiO2、
(e)0.1~5wt%B2O3、及び
(f)0.1~5wt%Li2O、を含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料を焼成時に形成する前駆体の混合物を含む、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの組成物。 - (a)45~80wt%ZnO、
(b)15~40wt%SiO2、
(c)0~5wt%CaO、
(d)0.1~8wt%B2O3、
(e)0~5wt%Li2O、
(f)0.1~5wt%CuO、
(g)0~5wt%CaF2、
(h)0~5wt%LiF、を含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料を焼成時に形成する前駆体の混合物を含む、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの組成物。 - (a)45~80wt%ZnO、
(b)0.1~20wt%MgO、
(c)15~40wt%SiO 2 、
(d)0.1~5wt%CaO、
(e)0.1~8wt%B 2 O 3 、
(f)0.1~5wt%Li 2 O、
(g)0.1~5wt%CuO、
(h)0~5wt%CaF 2 、
(i)0~5wt%LiF、を含み、
鉛及びカドミウムを含まない、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料を焼成時に形成する前駆体の混合物を含む、
鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの組成物。 - 焼成後に前記材料又は組成物が、1GHzよりも高い周波数で測定したとき、少なくとも5000のQf値を示す、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料、又は請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物。
- 焼成後に前記材料又は組成物が3~50の誘電率Kを示す、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料、又は請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物。
- (a)60~90wt%のAg+Pd+Pt+Au、
(b)遷移金属のケイ化物、炭化物、窒化物、及びホウ化物からなる群から選択される1~10wt%の添加剤、
(c)0.5~10wt%の少なくとも1つのガラスフリット、並びに
(d)10~40wt%の有機部、
を含む導電性ペーストと共に、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の鉛フリー及びカドミウムフリーの誘電体材料又は請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物を焼成前に含む、電気又は電子部品。 - 前記電気又は電子部品が、高Q共振器、電磁干渉フィルタ、バンドパスフィルタ、ワイヤレスパッケージングシステム、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項17に記載の電気又は電子部品。
- (a1)請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の誘電体材料もしくは請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物を基体に適用する工程;又は
(a2)請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の誘電体材料もしくは請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物を含むテープを基体に適用する工程;又は
(a3)請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の誘電体材料もしくは請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物の複数の粒子を成形して、モノリシック複合基体を形成する工程;及び
(b)前記誘電体材料を焼結するのに十分な温度で前記基体を焼成する工程、
を含む、電子部品を形成する方法。 - 焼成が800℃~900℃の温度で行われる、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 7未満の誘電率を有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の誘電体材料又は請求項10~14のいずれかに記載の誘電体組成物の少なくとも1つの層を、7よりも高い誘電率を有するテープ又はペーストの少なくとも1つの互い違いとなる別個の層と組み合わせて同時焼成し、多層基体を形成する方法であり、
互い違いの層が異なる誘電率を有する方法。 - 焼成が800℃~900℃の温度で行われる、請求項21に記載の方法。
