Claims (14)
- ポリオール成分(A)及びイソシアネート成分(B)を混合して反応混合物を得、前記混合物を完全に反応させてポリウレタンカプセル化化合物を得ることにより得ることができる、フィルター要素の中空繊維を埋め込むためのポリウレタンカプセル化化合物であって、
前記ポリオール成分(A)が、
(a1)50mg KOH/g超から500mg KOH/g未満までのヒドロキシル価及び2~6の官能価を有する、少なくとも1種の脂肪酸をベースとするポリオール、
(a2)少なくとも1個の第3級窒素原子及び少なくとも1個のイソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する少なくとも1種のアミン化合物、及び
(a3)ポリウレタン触媒として機能する少なくとも1種の金属化合物
を含み、
前記ポリウレタン触媒(a3)が、任意のスズ、鉛及び/又は水銀を含まず、且つビスマス化合物及びチタン化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物を含み、
前記イソシアネート成分(B)が少なくとも2個のイソシアネート基を有する少なくとも1種の芳香族イソシアネートを含む、ポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。 - 前記ポリウレタン触媒(a3)がビスマスカルボキシレートである、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- 前記アミン化合物(a2)が少なくとも3個のイソシアネート反応性水素原子を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- 前記アミン化合物(a2)が、500~1200mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ、3~6個のイソシアネート基に対して反応性である水素原子を有するアルコキシル化アミンである、請求項3に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- 前記アミン化合物(a2)が、3~6の公称官能価、及び500~900mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有するジアミン開始のプロピレンオキシドである、請求項4に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- 前記脂肪酸をベースとするポリオール(a1)が、ヒマシ油又はヒマシ油のアルコキシル化生成物を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- 前記ポリオール成分(A)が、2~8の官能価及び600~1350mg KOH/gのヒドロキシル価を有し、かつ、前記アミン化合物(a2)の定義に該当しない、少なくとも1種の、少なくとも二官能のポリオール(a4)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- いずれの場合にも成分(a1)~(a4)の総質量に基づいて、前記脂肪酸をベースとするポリオール(a1)の割合が60~99質量%であり、前記アミン化合物(a2)の割合が0.2~15質量%であり、前記金属化合物(a3)の割合が0.001~0.2質量%であり、前記ポリオール(a4)の割合が0~25質量%である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- 前記イソシアネート成分(B)が、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートの異性体及び/又は同族体のプレポリマーを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物。
- フィルター要素の製造方法であって、前記フィルター要素の端部で、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物に中空繊維の束を埋め込んで、硬化させる、方法。
- 前記フィルター要素が医療で使用するためのフィルター要素である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルター要素が透析フィルター要素である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルター要素が水フィルター要素である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のポリウレタンカプセル化化合物を、中空繊維の部分的な埋め込みに使用する方法。
