Claims (7)
- 水素を制御するための比例弁(100)であって、
可動の閉止部材(301)と、前記閉止部材(301)に配置された第1のばね(302)とを含み、前記第1のばね(302)は第1のばね力を閉止方向へ前記閉止部材(301)に対して及ぼすためにセットアップされ、
アクチュエータ(200)を含み、前記アクチュエータ(200)は第1のばね力と反対方向を向く前記閉止部材(301)に対する調整可能な力を提供するためにセットアップされ、
前記閉止部材(301)は通過開口部(102)を運動によって閉鎖および開放するためにセットアップされる、そのような比例弁において、前記比例弁(100)は、
前記閉止部材(301)の端部に配置された閉鎖部材(305)を含み、
第2のばね(304)を含み、前記第2のばね(304)は第2のばね力を前記閉鎖部材(305)に対して及ぼすためにセットアップされ、第2のばね力は第1のばね力と反対方向に作用し、

前記流出室(402)に配置され、一端がスプリングワッシャ(308)に支持される前記第2のばね(304)は、支持構造(303)を介して前記閉鎖部材(305)の中央を押圧することを特徴とする比例弁。 - 前記閉止部材(301)は前記通過開口部(102)の領域に構成された弁座(103)を閉止または解放するために構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の比例弁(100)。
- 前記閉止部材(301)と前記閉鎖部材(305)は第1のばね力と第2のばね力によって互いに接するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の比例弁(100)。
- 第1のばね力は数値的に第2のばね力よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の比例弁(100)。
- 第2のばね力は前記弁座で最大限発生する閉止力よりも大きく、該最大限発生する閉止力は前記水素の流体圧からもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の比例弁(100)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(200)は磁気コイル(201)と磁気アーマチュア(202)を含み、前記磁気アーマチュア(202)は前記閉止部材(301)と固定的に結合され、前記磁気アーマチュア(202)は前記磁気コイル(201)によってストローク運動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の比例弁(100)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の比例弁(100)を有している燃料電池構造。
