Description
1. 広範な値の水の物理化学的特徴とは関係なく、殺菌効率を提供する方法。
2. 環境と人の健康に対するマイナス効果の可能性がない方法。
3. 微生物と接触する任意の酸化生成物の酸化による殺菌を保証するために、一旦処理が送水管において適用されると、一時的な貯蔵を必要としない方法。
4. 経済的に可能なエネルギー及び運用経費を有する方法。
5. 補助処理のための第2の方法が必要でない方法。
チタニウム、ルセニウム、イリジウム、若しくは他の金属、又は金属合金、或いは金属酸化物若しくは金属酸化物の混合物がドープされた、これら金属又は合金(例えば、チタニウム、ルセニウム、イリジウム、ホウ素、セシウム又は他の金属)のいずれかの電極;
セラミック材料製の電極、及び上記金属のいずれかがドープされたセラミック材料製の電極;
金属/有機物の混合組成物又は有機物/セラミックの混合組成物を有する電極;
ダイヤモンド電極及び金属ドープされたダイヤモンド電極;
必要な密度を有する電流を伝導でき、所望の電極電位を発生できる任意の種類の電極
を含むが、これらに限定されない。
水が反応器内部に完全に閉じ込められたときに、反応器における入口点(4)及び出口点(5)のみで、ポンプ(6)によって又は水回路によって提供される圧力を用いて、反応器を通して水を流す、密閉型反応器;及び
物理的に開放されたシステムであり得る、水入口(4)と水出口(5)が異なる高さに配置された開放流路反応器(1)であって、所望の方向の水流が、水塊に対する重力作用を用いて達成される、開放流路型反応器
であり得る。
Claims (9)
- 電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システムであって、
該システムは、所望の数の複数の陽極(2)及び陰極(3)が交互になり、前記陽極(2)に印加される前記電流密度は、100~300A/m 2 の範囲であり、前記誘起電位は、0.2V以上でなければならない、電解槽を形成する複数の電極から構成される反応器(1);
水を前記電解槽中への入口点(4)と出口点(5)との間に流すことができる水流用回路であって、前記水が前記電解槽に入り、前記水が出るまでに、前記反応器(1)内で前記陽極(2)と前記陰極(3)間を水が流れる時間は、0.576秒以上であり;
前記水を前記回路を通して推進するのに使用されるポンプ(6);
前記反応器(1)に接続される直流源(7);及び、
前記プロセスを制御する装置(8)を含む、電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。 - 前記反応器(1)で使用される前記電極は、チタニウム、ルテニウム、イリジウム、若しくは他の金属、又は合金製である、或いは金属酸化物若しくは金属酸化物の混合物がドープされたこれら金属又は合金のいずれかで作製された電極である、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- 前記電極は、セラミック材料、及びチタニウム、ルテニウム又はイリジウムの金属がドープされたセラミック材料から構成される、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- 前記電極は、金属/有機物の混合組成物又は有機物/セラミックの混合組成物を表す、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- ダイヤモンド電極、及びチタニウム、ルテニウム又はイリジウムの金属がドープされた、金属ドープのダイヤモンド電極を含む、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- 前記槽は、連続する交互の陽極(2)と陰極(3)から成る、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- 前記槽は、不活性時には陰極(3)として動作する、又は活性時には陽極(2)として動作する活性化可能な陽極(2)からのみで構成される、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- 前記槽は、陽極(2)として機能する面と、陰極(3)として機能する他の面を含む双極板のシステムから成り、前記双極板を通して電流を流すことによって、両電極が誘起される、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
- 前記電流は、パルス電流を使用して、電流の活性化/不活性化の順序に応じて、連続的又は断続的に印加される、請求項1に記載の電気穿孔法を用いた水殺菌用システム。
