Claims (14)
- 複数のバッテリーセルを含むセル積層体と、
前記セル積層体の上部に配置され、結晶核の形成によって相変化することで発熱反応を起こす相変化物質を内部に含む相変化予熱体と、
を含み、
前記相変化予熱体は、互いに接触した2つの摩擦板を備えており、
前記2つの摩擦板のうち少なくとも1つの摩擦板が回転可能であり、
前記2つの摩擦板による摩擦により金属結晶核を形成する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記相変化物質は、水酸化ナトリウム過飽和溶液、酢酸ナトリウム過飽和溶液及びチオ硫酸ナトリウム過飽和溶液のうち少なくとも一つの溶液を含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化予熱体は、
前記セル積層体の上部に載置されるパウチと、
前記パウチ内に含まれる前記相変化物質と、
前記パウチ内に位置する第1駆動部と、
前記第1駆動部に取り付けられる第1摩擦板と、
前記第1駆動部の駆動によって前記第1摩擦板と摩擦を起こして金属結晶核を形成する第2摩擦板と、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記相変化予熱体は、前記パウチの外部に位置して前記第1駆動部と電気的に接続されるコネクタをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化予熱体は、前記パウチを貫通して前記第1駆動部及び前記第2摩擦板を固定する支持フレームをさらに含む、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化予熱体は、
パウチと、
前記パウチ内に含まれる前記相変化物質と、
前記パウチ内に位置する第1駆動部と、
前記第1駆動部に取り付けられる第1摩擦板と、
前記パウチ内に位置する第2駆動部と、
前記第2駆動部に取り付けられ、前記第1駆動部及び前記第2駆動部の駆動によって前記第1摩擦板と摩擦を起こして金属結晶核を形成する第2摩擦板と、
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記相変化予熱体は、前記パウチの外部に位置して前記第1駆動部及び前記第2駆動部と電気的に接続されるコネクタをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記相変化予熱体は、前記パウチを貫通して前記第1駆動部及び前記第2駆動部を固定する支持フレームをさらに含む、請求項6又は7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記相変化予熱体の上部に配置され、外部電源と接続されて前記相変化予熱体を加熱することで、固相に相変化した前記相変化物質を再度液相に相変化させるフィルムヒーターをさらに含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記セル積層体の長手方向の一側及び他側を覆う一対のバスバーフレーム、及び前記バスバーフレーム上に固定されて前記バッテリーセルと電気的に接続される複数のバスバーを含む一対のバスバーフレームアセンブリをさらに含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記バスバーフレームアセンブリが外部に露出した状態で前記セル積層体及び相変化予熱体の外周を覆うモジュールケースをさらに含む、請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記バスバーフレームアセンブリを覆う一対のエンドプレートをさらに含む、請求項10又は11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
