Claims (14)
- 車両構造物に装着されるバッテリーパック、及び電子制御装置を含む車両バッテリー火災感知装置であって、
前記バッテリーパックは、1個以上のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュール、前記バッテリーモジュールから受信した信号を前記電子制御装置に送信するバッテリーマネジメントシステム、及びベンティングガスが放出されるガス排出部を備えたバッテリーパックケースを含み、
前記車両構造物は、前記ガス排出部から排出されるガスの温度及び圧力のいずれか一つ以上を測定するセンサーを備える、車両バッテリー火災感知装置。 - 前記センサーは第1温度センサーであり、一側は前記第1温度センサーと連結され他側は前記電子制御装置と連結される第2通信手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知装置。
- 前記センサーは第1圧力センサーであり、一側は前記第1圧力センサーと連結され他側は前記電子制御装置と連結される第4通信手段をさらに含む、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知装置。
- 前記第1温度センサーと所定距離だけ離隔した位置に第2温度センサーが位置し、一側は前記第2温度センサーと連結され他側は前記電子制御装置と連結される第3通信手段をさらに含む、請求項2、又は請求項2を引用する請求項3に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知装置。

- 前記ガス排出部は、所定圧力以上の場合に破損される破裂板(rupture disk)である、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知装置。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知装置を用いた車両バッテリー火災感知方法であって、
前記車両バッテリー火災感知方法は、
前記バッテリーモジュールの温度及び電圧のいずれか一つ以上を測定する第1段階と、
前記第1段階での測定値を電子制御装置(ECU)に伝送する第2段階と、
前記電子制御装置(ECU)で測定値を受信し、受信した測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断する第3段階と、
前記電子制御装置(ECU)で受信した測定値が正常範囲以内であれば前記第1段階を遂行し、測定値を受信することができないか正常範囲を外れれば前記車両構造物の温度及び圧力のいずれか一つ以上の測定値を電子制御装置(ECU)に伝送する第4段階と、
前記電子制御装置(ECU)が受信した前記車両構造物の測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断して警報信号を送信する第5段階とを含む、車両バッテリー火災感知方法。 - 前記第4段階での測定値は第1温度であり、第2通信手段を介して前記ECUに伝送する、請求項8に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
- 前記第4段階での測定値は第1圧力であり、第4通信手段を介して前記ECUに伝送する、請求項8に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
- 前記第4段階での測定値は、第2通信手段を介しての第1温度、及び第3通信手段を介しての第2温度である、請求項8に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
- 前記第1温度と前記第2温度との差から、前記第5段階での測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断する、請求項11に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
- 前記第4段階での測定値は、第4通信手段を介しての第1圧力、及び第5通信手段を介しての第2圧力である、請求項8に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
- 前記第1圧力と前記第2圧力との差から、前記第5段階での測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断する、請求項13に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
