Claims (7)
- 車両構造物に装着されるバッテリーパック、電子制御装置、及び一つ以上の通信手段を含む車両バッテリー火災感知装置を用いた車両バッテリー火災感知方法であって、
前記バッテリーパックは、1個以上のバッテリーセルを含むバッテリーモジュール、前記バッテリーモジュールから受信した信号を前記電子制御装置に送信するバッテリーマネジメントシステム、及びベンティングガスが放出されるガス排出部を備えたバッテリーパックケースを含み、
前記バッテリーパックケースは、前記ガス排出部から排出されるガスの温度及び圧力のいずれか一つ以上を測定するセンサーを備え、
車両バッテリー火災感知方法は、
前記バッテリーモジュールの温度及び電圧のいずれか一つ以上を測定する第1段階と、
前記バッテリーマネジメントシステムを介して前記第1段階での測定値を電子制御装置(ECU)に伝送する第2段階と、
前記電子制御装置(ECU)で測定値を受信し、受信した測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断する第3段階と、
前記電子制御装置(ECU)で受信した測定値が正常範囲以内であれば前記第1段階を遂行し、測定値を受信することができないか正常範囲を外れれば前記バッテリーパックケースに備えられた前記センサーから温度及び圧力のいずれか一つ以上の測定値を前記電子制御装置(ECU)に伝送する第4段階と、
前記電子制御装置(ECU)が受信した前記バッテリーパックケースの測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断して警報信号を送信する第5段階とを含む、車両バッテリー火災感知方法。 - 前記センサーは前記ガス排出部の付近に位置する第1温度センサーであり、一側は前記第1温度センサーと連結され他側は前記バッテリーマネジメントシステムを介せずに前記電子制御装置と連結される第2通信手段をさらに含み、
前記第4段階での測定値は第1温度であり、前記第2通信手段を介して前記ECUに伝送する、請求項1に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。 - 前記センサーは前記ガス排出部の付近に位置する第1圧力センサーであり、一側は前記第1圧力センサーと連結され他側は前記バッテリーマネジメントシステムを介せずに前記電子制御装置と連結される第4通信手段をさらに含み、
前記第4段階での測定値は第1圧力であり、前記第4通信手段を介して前記ECUに伝送する、請求項1に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。 - 前記センサーは前記ガス排出部の付近に位置する第1温度センサーであり、一側は前記第1温度センサーと連結され他側は前記バッテリーマネジメントシステムを介せずに前記電子制御装置と連結される第2通信手段と、

- 前記センサーは前記ガス排出部の付近に位置する第1圧力センサーであり、一側は前記第1圧力センサーと連結され他側は前記バッテリーマネジメントシステムを介せずに前記電子制御装置と連結される第4通信手段と、
前記第1圧力センサーと所定距離だけ離隔して第2圧力センサーが位置し、一側は前記第2圧力センサーと連結され他側は前記バッテリーマネジメントシステムを介せずに前記電子制御装置と連結される第5通信手段とをさらに含み、
前記第4段階での測定値は、前記第4通信手段を介しての第1圧力、及び前記第5通信手段を介しての第2圧力である、請求項1に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。 - 前記第1圧力と前記第2圧力との差から、前記第5段階での測定値が正常範囲以内であるかを判断する、請求項6に記載の車両バッテリー火災感知方法。
