Claims (5)
- 部品の付加的製造中に出口ダイに供給される、押し出された塑性変形可能な材料の体積流量に影響を与えるための装置であって、
押し出しユニットと出口ダイ(3)との間に配置され、前記押し出しユニット及び前記出口ダイ(3)に接続されるフランジ(1)と、
前記押し出しユニットから続き、前記出口ダイ(3)が前記フランジ(1)に伝わるように形成される経路(10)と、
前記経路(10)の長手方向軸に対して垂直に回転するように前記フランジ(1)に取り付けられ、前記経路(10)に導かれるピストン(2)と、
前記ピストン(2)における前記経路(10)の領域に形成され、前記ピストン(2)を通じてバイパスダイ(5)に至るバイパス経路(9)を開口するボアホール(8)と、
前記ボアホール(8)に加え、前記ピストン(2)の外周側面における前記経路(10)の領域に形成され、前記ボアホール(8)と異なる角度範囲に配置され、又は前記ボアホール(8)の周辺に導かれる、少なくとも一つの溝(2.1)と、
を備え、
前記ピストン(2)の角度位置の機能として、押し出された塑性変形可能な材料(6)が、前記出口ダイ(3)の方向に前記溝(2.1)を通じて供給される、及び/又は、前記ボアホール(8)及びバイパス経路(9)を通じて前記バイパスダイ(5)から排出される、装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの溝(2.1)は、前記ピストン(2)の回転方向の少なくとも180°の角度範囲にわたって、前記ピストン(2)の外周側面に形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(2.1)は、前記溝(2.1)の長さにわたってステップ状又は連続的に変化する自由断面を有し、前記ピストン(2)が所定の角度位置に回転した場合、押し出された塑性変形可能な材料(6)を前記出口ダイ(3)に供給することができる、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記ピストンの外周側面には、互いにオフセットされた角度範囲で複数の溝が形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ピストン(2)は、開ループ制御及び/又は閉ループ制御によって制御可能な回転駆動装置に接続される、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
