Description
Claims (15)
- 外面上に分布させた複数の紫外線透過窓を有する流体移送管路と、
前記流体移送管路を囲む光ガイド部を有する外側管路と、
前記光ガイド部に連結された複数の紫外線源であって、前記紫外線源の各々が、前記紫外線透過窓の内の少なくとも1つを通って、前記流体移送管路を通過し、前記流体移送管路の内壁を照射する紫外線を放射するように構成される、複数の紫外線源と、
前記複数の紫外線源が、所定の持続時間、前記流体移送管路の前記内壁に所定の線量の紫外線を送出するようにするための制御部と、を含み、
前記光ガイド部の外面が複数のポートを含み、前記ポートの各々が、前記複数の紫外線源の内の1つを受け入れるように構成される、
流体移送管路処理システム。 - 前記複数の紫外線透過窓が、紫外線透過フルオロポリマー、石英、AAO、SiO2お
よびサファイアの内の1つを含む、請求項1に記載の流体移送管路処理システム。 - 前記複数のポートにわたる配置のために構成された複数の反射素子をさらに含み、
連結された紫外線源を有しない各ポートが、上に配置された前記複数の反射素子の内の1つを有し、
連結された紫外線源を有する各ポートが、前記紫外線源および前記ポートの両方にわたって配置された前記複数の反射素子の内の1つを有する、請求項1に記載の流体移送管路処理システム。 - 前記流体移送管路が一組の紫外線透過ドメインを含み、
各紫外線透過ドメインが前記紫外線透過窓の内の1つに隣接して位置し、
各紫外線透過ドメインが、前記流体移送管路の前記内壁への紫外線の紫外線透過および光ガイドのために構成される、請求項1に記載の流体移送管路処理システム。 - 前記流体移送管路の表面エリアの全てにわたって前記複数の紫外線源を分布させる、請求項1に記載の流体移送管路処理システム。
- 前記複数の紫外線源が、前記流体移送管路の表面エリアの限定部分だけを覆い、
前記複数の紫外線源が、前記流体移送管路の第1端部から前記流体移送管路の反対側の第2端部まで軸線方向に均一に延びる、請求項1の流体移送管路処理システム。 - 流体移送管路と、
複数の紫外線源と、
前記流体移送管路を囲み、前記複数の紫外線源から放射された紫外線を前記流体移送管路内に方向づけて、前記流体移送管路の内壁に、それから汚染物を除去するために照射するための光ガイド部と、
前記複数の紫外線源が、所定の持続時間、前記光ガイド部を介して、前記流体移送管路の前記内壁に所定の線量の紫外線を放射するようにするための制御部と、
前記複数の紫外線源と前記制御部とに電力を提供するための電源と、
前記流体移送管路内に位置する清浄混合部と、
を含み、
前記清浄混合部が、前記流体移送管路内の流体に混合作用を付与するように構成され、
前記流体の前記混合作用が、前記流体移送管路の前記内壁から前記汚染物を取り除くことを促進し、
前記清浄混合部は、壁噴流、管状機械的洗浄インサートおよび混合ファンのいずれか一つを含む、
システム。 - 請求項1に記載の流体移送管路処理システムを含み、
前記流体移送管路処理システムは、前記複数の紫外線源と前記制御部とに電力を供給するための電源をさらに含み、
前記複数の紫外線源、前記光ガイド部、前記制御部および前記電源が、前記流体移送管路への接続のために適合させた消毒モジュールを形成し、
前記消毒モジュールが、前記流体移送管路の2つの隣接セクション間の交差接続を形成する、システム。 - 流体移送管路と、
複数の紫外線源と、
前記流体移送管路を囲み、前記複数の紫外線源から放射された紫外線を前記流体移送管路内に方向づけて、前記流体移送管路の内壁に、それから汚染物を除去するために照射するための光ガイド部と、
前記複数の紫外線源が、所定の持続時間、前記光ガイド部を介して、前記流体移送管路の前記内壁に所定の線量の紫外線を放射するようにするための制御部と、
前記複数の紫外線源と前記制御部とに電力を提供するための電源と、
前記光ガイド部内の紫外線の分布の強度を検知するための少なくとも1つのセンサと、
を含む、システム。 - 流体移送管路の内壁を消毒するためのシステムであって、
前記流体移送管路を囲む光ガイド層であって、前記光ガイド層が、紫外線反射層と、前記光ガイド層からの紫外線を拡散的に散乱させるための紫外線抽出表面と、前記紫外線反射層および前記紫外線抽出表面の間に形成された紫外線透過層とを有する導波路構造を含む、光ガイド層と、
紫外線を前記流体移送管路の前記内壁に方向づけるための前記光ガイド層に連結された複数の紫外線源であって、前記光ガイド層が、前記複数の紫外線源から放射された紫外線を前記流体移送管路の外面上の紫外線透過セクションに方向づけ、放射された前記紫外線が、前記紫外線透過セクションを通過し、前記流体移送管路を通過し、前記内壁を照射する、複数の紫外線源と、
前記流体移送管路の前記内壁からの汚染物の除去に応じて、前記複数の紫外線源の複数の動作パラメータを調整するための制御部であって、前記複数の動作パラメータが、前記紫外線源が紫外線を放射する持続時間と、前記紫外線源によって送出された紫外線の線量と、前記紫外線源を動作させるための電力設定とを含む、制御部と、
を含むシステム。 - 前記導波路構造の前記紫外線抽出表面が、前記紫外線抽出表面から出る前記紫外線を均一にするためのラフネス層を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体移送管路の前記内壁の消毒の間に前記動作パラメータの内の1つのモニタリングを行うための少なくとも1つのセンサをさらに含み、
前記制御部が、前記センサによる前記モニタリングに応じて前記流体移送管路の前記内壁の前記消毒を制御する、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記流体移送管路が、前記流体移送管路の前記外面から前記流体移送管路の前記内壁に延びる多孔性セクションを含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 清浄流体源をさらに含み、
前記光ガイド層が、前記流体移送管路の前記内壁を洗浄するために、前記清浄流体源から前記流体移送管路の前記多孔性セクションまで清浄流体を送出するように構成された流体取水ポートを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記流体移送管路の前記外面上の前記紫外線透過セクションが、管路の剛性ドメインを形成し、
前記紫外線透過セクションを有しない前記流体移送管路の前記外面上のセクションが、管路の可撓性ドメインを形成する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
