Claims (5)
- 유체가 흐르는 관로에 밀폐되어 삽입되는 관로 밀폐형 자외선 방사챔버와;상기 관로 밀폐형 자외선 방사챔버 내부에 유체의 흐름방향과 직각(90°)으로 배치되는 다파장 중압 자외선램프와;상기 관로 밀폐형 자외선 방사챔버의 상부에 설치되어 방사챔버 내부를 유지관리하고 관로 내부의 잔류공기를 배출시킬 수 있는 공기토출밸브가 구비된 유지관리용 해치와;방사챔버 내부 유입부의 상단과 하단에 유체의 흐름방향과 각각 수직으로 설치되어 사영역이 발생되지 않도록 유체의 흐름을 인도하는 사영역 방지배플과;자외선 강도센서와 캐페시터와 컨트롤 프로그램 등으로 구성되어 자외선 조사량을 조절하는 자외선램프 에너지컨트롤 시스템과;자동세척장치와;상기 자동세척장치의 구동모터와 구동축을 연결하는 핸들타입 커플링과;상기 자외선 방사챔버 내부의 석영관 외주면에 설치되어 석영관을 세척하는 다중 유동형 와이퍼모듈;로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관로 밀폐형 중압 자외선소독설비
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다파장 중압 자외선램프에서 방사되는 자외선은 파장이 200~280nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 관로 밀폐형 중압 자외선소독설비.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서상기 자외선램프 에너지컨트롤 시스템은 유량과 투과도의 변화와 관계없이 자외선 조사량을 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 자외선 강도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관로 밀폐형 중압 자외선소독설비.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 핸들타입 커플링은 자동세척장치의 초기 구동부하를 줄이고 안정적으로 세척장치에 구동력을 전달할 수 있도록 커플링이 좌우 25°~40°의 좌우회전유격이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관로 밀폐형 중압 자외선 소독설비.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 다중 유동형 와이퍼모듈은 유동 와이퍼플레이트, 와이퍼링하우징, 와이퍼링, 유동핀으로 구성되며 와이퍼링하우징과 와이퍼링이 유동되면서 석영관 표면에서 발생되는 유체와 이물질에 의한 자동세척장치의 편심을 보정하여 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관로 밀폐형 중압 자외선 소독설비.
