Description
図2は、本発明による成形体の断面を示す図である。
mおよびnは、ポリエステル樹脂に含有された反復単位のモル分率を示し、
m+n=1を基準としてnは、0.05~0.5、0.05~0.4、0.1~0.4、0.15~0.35または0.2~0.3であり得、mは、0.5~0.95、0.6~0.95、0.6~0.9、0.65~0.85または0.7~0.8でありうる。
Xは、2-メチルプロピレン基、エチレン基またはオキシジエチレン基であり、
rは、低融点ポリエステル樹脂に含有された反復単位のモル分率であって、0.3以下である(m+n+r=1を基準とする)。
コア部形成用高融点PET樹脂(発泡剤を含む)とシース部形成用低融点PET樹脂(発泡剤を含まない)を共押出発泡して、発泡ビーズを製造した。製造された多数の発泡ビーズを包装容器形状の金型に充填して、発泡体を製造した。
コア部とシース部の体積比率を80:20(%)に変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で容器を製造した。
低融点PET樹脂を使用することなく、融点が250℃である高融点PET樹脂のみを利用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で容器を成形した。
高融点PET樹脂を使用することなく、融点が160℃である低融点PET樹脂のみを利用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で容器を成形した。
実施例と比較例の素材、成形条件および物性を下記表1に示した。
Claims (6)
- 融点240℃以上の高融点ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂発泡体を含むコア部と;
コア部を全体的に取り囲み、融点が150℃以上240℃未満であるか、または軟化点が100~150℃である低融点ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂非発泡体を含むシース部と;を含み、
コア部およびシース部の合計体積100%を基準として、コア部の体積は60~90%であり、シース部の体積は10~40%である、発泡ビーズ。 - 発泡ビーズの平均密度は、20~500kg/m3である、請求項1に記載の発泡ビーズ。
- 請求項1に規定の発泡ビーズを含む成形体。
- 発泡ビーズのコア部およびシース部を含む単位構造が反復される断面形状を有し、
隣接したシース部は、低融点ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂相互間に部分融着された形態を有する、請求項5に記載の成形体。
