Abstract
Description
図2は、本発明による成形体の断面を示す図である。
mおよびnは、ポリエステル樹脂に含有された反復単位のモル分率を示し、
m+n=1を基準としてnは、0.05〜0.5、0.05〜0.4、0.1〜0.4、0.15〜0.35または0.2〜0.3であり得、mは、0.5〜0.95、0.6〜0.95、0.6〜0.9、0.65〜0.85または0.7〜0.8でありうる。
Xは、2−メチルプロピレン基、エチレン基またはオキシジエチレン基であり、
rは、低融点ポリエステル樹脂に含有された反復単位のモル分率であって、0.3以下である(m+n+r=1を基準とする)。
コア部形成用高融点PET樹脂(発泡剤を含む)とシース部形成用低融点PET樹脂(発泡剤を含まない)を共押出発泡して、発泡ビーズを製造した。製造された多数の発泡ビーズを包装容器形状の金型に充填して、発泡体を製造した。
コア部とシース部の体積比率を80:20(%)に変更したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で容器を製造した。
低融点PET樹脂を使用することなく、融点が250℃である高融点PET樹脂のみを利用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で容器を成形した。
高融点PET樹脂を使用することなく、融点が160℃である低融点PET樹脂のみを利用したことを除いて、実施例1と同じ方法で容器を成形した。
実施例と比較例の素材、成形条件および物性を下記表1に示した。
Claims (8)
- ポリエステル樹脂発泡体を含むコア部と;
コア部を取り囲み、融点が150〜250℃であるか、または軟化点が100〜150℃であるポリエステル樹脂を含むシース部と;を含む発泡体。 - コア部のポリエステル樹脂の融点は、240℃以上である、請求項1に記載の発泡体。
- コア部およびシース部のポリエステル樹脂は、それぞれ、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂である、請求項1に記載の発泡体。
- 発泡体の平均密度は、20〜500kg/m3である、請求項1に記載の発泡体。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに規定の発泡体を含む成形体。
- 発泡体のコア部およびシース部を含む単位構造が反復される断面形状を有し、
隣接したシース部は、ポリエステル樹脂相互間に部分融着された形態を有する、請求項7に記載の成形体。
