Claims (9)
- 外界の高温から隔離されるよう断熱層が組み込まれた弾性ハブアセンブリと、
内部に前記弾性ハブアセンブリが固定され、前記弾性ハブアセンブリと共に回転するブレード付剛性リングと、を含み、
前記弾性ハブアセンブリは、順に取り付けられた外ホルダと、外断熱層と、弾性ハブプレートと、内断熱層と、内ホルダとを含み、
前記外断熱層と前記内断熱層は、前記弾性ハブプレートの軸方向における両側に位置し、
前記外ホルダは、前記外断熱層の前記弾性ハブプレートと反対側に位置し、
前記内ホルダは、前記内断熱層の前記弾性ハブプレートと反対側に位置する、
ことを特徴とする耐熱車輪。 - 前記ブレード付剛性リングは、複数の接続ピンを備え、前記弾性ハブアセンブリは、複数の接続ピンに対応する複数の接続孔を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐熱車輪。 - 前記弾性ハブアセンブリは、さらにスリーブを備え、前記スリーブと前記複数の接続ピンとで、動力を伝達する嵌め合いを形成し、前記スリーブの材料は、セラミック、コーティング材料、または繊維織物材料である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の耐熱車輪。 - 前記弾性ハブプレートは、前記弾性ハブプレートの軸部と外縁とを連結する複数のスポークを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐熱車輪。
- 前記スポークは、螺旋形の、曲率が一様に変化する曲線であり、弯曲半径が小さい方の一端は軸部寄りに、弯曲半径が大きい方の一端は弾性ハブプレートの外縁寄りに位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の耐熱車輪。 - 前記ブレード付剛性リングは太鼓形の外輪郭であるケージ構造であり、軸方向において一定距離離れた2つのリングと、2つのリングを連結するブレードとを備え、前記ブレードは周方向に沿って複数配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐熱車輪。 - 前記ブレードは径方向外側の一端が前記2つのリングの径方向外側の一端よりも外側に位置している
ことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の耐熱車輪。 - 前記外断熱層と前記内断熱層の材料は、ムライト繊維、エアロゲルおよび微孔質断熱板のうちの1つまたは複数である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐熱車輪。 - 車輪を備えるロボットであって、
前記車輪として請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の耐熱車輪を用いる
ことを特徴とするロボット。
