Claims (6)
- 上部チューブプレートボックス、下部チューブプレートボックス、複数の熱交換管及び圧力ボルトを含む多管式熱交換器において、複数の前記熱交換管の入口端部は、前記上部チューブプレートボックスを貫通し、複数の前記熱交換管の出口端部は、前記下部チューブプレートボックスを貫通し、前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスは、シーリングゴムが充填され、前記シーリングゴムは、前記熱交換管と前記上部チューブプレートボックスとの間の隙間に充填され、且つ前記熱交換管と前記下部チューブプレートボックスとの間の隙間にも充填され、前記圧力ボルトは、前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスに設けられることを特徴とする多管式熱交換器。
- 前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスは、それぞれ上部チューブプレート、下部チューブプレート及びサイドプレートを含み、前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスは、それぞれ更に複数のダイロッドを含み、複数の前記ダイロッドは、前記熱交換管の軸方向に沿って、前記上部チューブプレートと前記下部チューブプレートとの間に設け、前記上部チューブプレートと前記下部チューブプレートを剛性に固定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 前記シーリングゴムは、シリコーンゴムシリーズ、ポリサルファイドゴムシリーズ、ウレタンゴムシリーズ又はジエンゴムシリーズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多管式熱交換器。
- 上部チューブプレートボックス、下部チューブプレートボックス及び複数の熱交換管の提供ステップであって、前記上部チューブプレートボックスと前記下部チューブプレートボックスにはそれぞれ複数の開口部があり、複数の前記熱交換管が前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスの開口部を貫通する第一ステップと、
前記上部チューブプレートボックスと前記下部チューブプレートボックスに液体シーリングゴムを満たし、前記液体シーリングゴムを複数の前記熱交換管と前記上部チューブプレートボックスとの間に形成された隙間及び複数の前記熱交換管と前記下部チューブプレートボックスとの間に形成された隙間に埋めさせた後、前記液体シーリングゴムを固化し、複数の前記熱交換管を前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスにシーリング及び固定させる第二ステップと、
前記上部チューブプレートボックスと前記下部チューブプレートボックスに圧力ボルトを取り付け、シーリング圧力を印加及び調整することに用いる第三ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする多管式熱交換器の実装方法。 - 前記第一ステップにおいて、前記上部チューブプレートボックス及び前記下部チューブプレートボックスは、それぞれ上部チューブプレート、下部チューブプレート及びサイドプレートを含み、前記上部チューブプレート、前記下部チューブプレート及び前記サイドプレートは空洞を形成し、前記熱交換管の軸方向に沿って、前記上部チューブプレートと前記下部チューブプレートとの間にダイロッドを設け、前記上部チューブプレートと前記下部チューブプレートを剛性に固定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多管式熱交換器の実装方法。
- 前記第二ステップにおいて、前記液体シーリングゴムは、粘度が500mpa.s~100000mpa.sであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多管式熱交換器の実装方法。
