Claims (7)
- 車両用ランプの内面に設けられ、電磁波を送受信するアンテナと、
車両用ランプの内部に設けられ、前記アンテナに受信した信号を処理する信号処理モジュールとを含み、
前記ランプは、
光を発生する光源と、
前記光源の前方に設けられ、外観を形成するアウターレンズとを含み、
前記アンテナは、前記アウターレンズの内面に設けられ、
前記アンテナは、前記アウターレンズの内面に形成されるアンテナパターンを含み、
前記アンテナパターンは、
前記アウターレンズの内面に導電性薄膜を形成するステップと、
前記導電性薄膜の表面にマスクパターンを形成するステップと、
前記マスクパターンを用いて、前記導電性薄膜を部分的に除去するステップとにより設けられ、
前記アウターレンズは、内面の少なくとも一部に地面に垂直な面を含み、
前記アンテナパターンは、前記地面に垂直な面に形成される、
車両レーダ装置。 - 前記アンテナパターンは、透明電極で形成される、請求項1に記載の車両レーダ装置。
- 前記透明電極は、ITO、IZO、ATO、AZO、金属ナノファイバ(metal nano fiber)の少なくともいずれか一つで形成される、請求項2に記載の車両レーダ装置。
- 前記信号処理モジュールは、前記アンテナの下部に配置される、請求項1に記載の車両レーダ装置。
- 前記信号処理モジュールは、前記光源の下部に配置される、請求項4に記載の車両レーダ装置。
- 前記アンテナと前記信号処理モジュールを電気的に連結する連結部材を含む、請求項1に記載の車両レーダ装置。
- 前記連結部材は、ケーブル、フレキシブル基板の少なくともいずれか一つを含む、請求項6に記載の車両レーダ装置。
