Description
ガス・モードにおける出口弁の閉鎖のためのドエル角を決定するステップと、
そのドエル角のための修正値を決定するステップと、
ドエル角を修正値に関連付けることによって一時ドエル角を決定するステップと、
一時ドエル角で出口弁を閉じるステップと
を含む、大型ディーゼル機関を運転する方法が提案される。
機関の回転速度のための望ましい値、又は機関のトルクの望ましい値を特定するステップと、
大型ディーゼル機関のワーク・サイクル毎に、燃料として利用することができるガスの量の上側の閾値を決定するステップと、
ガスに加えて導入される液体燃料の追加量を決定するステップであって、この追加量は、所望の値の回転速度が実現されるような大きさとされるステップと
を含む。一時モードにおけるガスの量の制限は、特に出口弁のためのドエル角の変更と相俟って、シリンダ内の空気-ガス混合物の組成を、理想的な燃焼プロセスが有効な方法で保証されるその境界内に維持することができるという、さらに好ましい手段を提示する。
Claims (11)
- ガスが燃料としてシリンダ(21)内に導入され、引き続いて出口弁(24)を介して前記シリンダから燃焼ガスが追い出されるガス・モードで少なくとも運転することができる、ターボチャージャを備えた大型ディーゼル機関を運転する方法であって、
前記ガス・モード(10)での運転中に、運転作業者(11)の観察によって、及び/又は制御装置で検出される運転パラメータを評価することによって、前記大型ディーゼル機関の負荷の変動が所定量を超えたことが検出され(13)ると、一時モードでの運転に切り替えられる、大型ディーゼル機関の運転方法において、
前記一時モードが、
前記機関の負荷及び回転速度に基づいて前記ガス・モードにおける前記出口弁の閉鎖のためのドエル角を決定するステップと、
掃気空気の現在のチャージ圧を測定し、前記機関の負荷及び回転速度に基づいてルックアップ・テーブル又はルックアップ行列から掃気空気に必要なチャージ圧を決定し、そして前記現在のチャージ圧と前記必要なチャージ圧との差に基づいて前記ドエル角の修正値を決定するステップ(14)と、
前記ドエル角に前記修正値を加えることによって一時ドエル角を決定するステップ(14)と、
前記一時ドエル角で前記出口弁を閉じるステップ(15)と
を含む、大型ディーゼル機関を運転する方法。 - 前記大型ディーゼル機関(20)が、ガスの燃焼のため、及び液体燃料の燃焼のための二元燃料機関として構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記液体燃料がディーゼル油又は重燃料油である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記修正値が負であり、その大きさが最大で60度である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記修正値が正であり、最大で60度である、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記一時モードが、
前記機関の所望の値の回転速度、又は前記機関の所望の値のトルクを決定するステップと、
前記大型ディーゼル機関のワーク・サイクル毎に、掃気空気の現在のチャージ圧に基づいて、燃料として利用できるガスの量の上側の閾値を決定するステップ(14’)と、
前記ガスに加えて燃焼空間内に導入される液体燃料の追加量を決定するステップ(14’)であって、前記追加量は、所望の値の前記回転速度が実現されるような大きさとされるステップと
を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記一時モードが手動で開始される、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記運転パラメータが、前記掃気空気の現在の圧力、シリンダ圧力、計算された空気-ガス比、ノッキング検出器の信号、前記機関の前記負荷に対する前記回転速度の比、前記機関の前記負荷に対する前記回転速度の前記比の変化、前記機関のトルク、前記トルクの変化、前記機関の回転速度を維持するために必要な前記ガスの量、及び前記必要なガスの量の変化のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリンダ(21)内への前記ガスの導入がシリンダ・ライナを介して生じる、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記掃気空気が前記シリンダ(21)に導入される前に、又は前記掃気空気が前記シリンダ(21)に導入されるときに、前記ガスが前記掃気空気に導入される、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って運転される大型ディーゼル機関。
