極板(12)に接着的に接続されたフレーム(13)であって、極板(12)とは反対側に、フレーム(13)に接続された少なくとも1つのシール(14)を備えた、フレーム(13)と、
膜(24)と、その両側に配置された触媒と、それらの触媒の両側に配置されたガス拡散層(26)と、を備えた膜電極アセンブリ(22)であって、極板(12)および/またはフレーム(13)に固定されるとともに、その外側周辺領域が、フレーム(13)と極板(12)との間に少なくとも部分的に配置された、膜電極アセンブリ(22)と、
を備え、
極板(12)が凹部を有し、膜電極アセンブリ(22)は、膜(24)が極板(12)の凹部以外の周辺領域の面上で平らになるように、凹部内に配置されることを特徴とする、アセンブリ(10)。 - フレーム(13)は、膜電極アセンブリ(22)に周方向に接着的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 膜電極アセンブリ(22)が、極板(12)に周方向に接着的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- フレーム(13)がフィルムフレームであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)を備えた燃料電池スタック(100)。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ(10)の製造方法であって、
フレーム(13)にシール(14)を製造し、
次いで、フレーム(13)の、極板(12)とは反対側にシール(14)を配置するように、フレーム(13)を極板(12)に接着接続する、
ステップを備えた、アセンブリ(10)の製造方法。 - 接着接続は、接着剤(28)によって生じることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- シール(14)の製造が、該シール(14)をフレーム(13)上に成形することによって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
