Description
Claims (18)
- 金属基板を保護するのに適した皮膜に添加する微粒子腐食抑制剤であって、前記微粒子腐食抑制剤は、陽イオン交換樹脂中にある有機性の陽イオンから成り、有機性の陽イオンはベンザトリアゾール又はその誘導体であり、前記微粒子腐食抑制剤の微粒子のサイズが1 00ミクロン未満である微粒子腐食抑制剤。
- 陽イオン交換樹脂は、有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂マトリックスであり、且つ有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂は、負に帯電された基を有するスチレン及び/又はジビニルベンゼン共重合体であり、またスチレン、ジビニルベンゼンの共重合体は負に帯電されたスルホン化された官能基を有する請求項1による腐食抑制剤。
- 腐食抑制剤の微粒子のサイズが20ミクロン未満であり、及び/又は、陽イオン交換樹脂に対する有機性の陽イオンの比率が陽イオン交換樹脂に対する有機性の陽イオンの重量によって約10%である請求項1又は2による腐食抑制剤。
- 腐食抑制剤の微粒子のサイズが5ミクロン未満であり、及び/又は、陽イオン交換樹脂に 対する有機性の陽イオンの比率が陽イオン交換樹脂に対する有機性の陽イオンの重量によ って約10%である請求項1又は2による腐食抑制剤。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかによる第1の腐食抑制剤と無機性の陽イオン変性シリカを含む第2の腐食抑制剤とから成り、基板上の耐蝕性を付与する被膜に添加するための添加物。
- 無機性の陽イオン変性シリカがカルシウム陽イオン変性シリカから成り、且つ、無機性の陽イオン変性シリカが微粒子である請求項5による添加物。
- 前記第1と第2との腐食抑制剤が微粒子の混合物を含む請求項6による添加物。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかによる第1の腐食抑制剤と陽イオン交換樹脂中の無機性の陽イオンを含む第2の腐食抑制剤とから成る基板上に耐蝕性を付与する被膜に添加するための添加物。
- ポリマー結合剤に提供された請求項1乃至8のいずれかによる腐食抑制剤又は添加物を含む金属基板用被膜。
- ポリマー結合剤がアクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン又はポリビニール・ブチラールの1つ以上から選択され、及び/又は、塗料の形態である請求項9による被膜。
- 請求項9又は10による被膜が塗布された金属基板。
- 前記金属基板の金属は、鋼又は鋼を基礎にした合金である請求項11による金属基板。
- 金属基板に適した皮膜に添加する微粒子腐食抑制剤を製造する方法であって、溶液中の有機性の陽イオンを用意することによってベンザトリアゾール又はその誘導体である有機性陽イオンを陽イオン交換樹脂と組み合わせる工程と、前記陽イオン交換樹脂を前記溶液と組み合わせてビーズを形成する工程と、前記ビーズを乾燥する工程と、前記ビーズを更に小さい粒子に粉砕する工程とを含み、前記微粒子腐食抑制剤の微粒子のサイズが100ミ クロン未満である微粒子腐食抑制剤を製造する方法。
- 前記有機性陽イオンが溶液へ有機性化合物を溶解することにより生成し、前記有機性化合 物は、少なくとも2つのイオンに分離し、一方のイオンは、有機性陽イオンであり、前記溶液は、3より少ないpHを有する請求項13による方法、
- 溶液中にベンザトリアゾールを提供し、前記ベンザトリアゾールを有機性陽イオンと陰イオンとに分離するために負に帯電された官能基を有する陽イオン交換樹脂と組み合わせ、前記有機性陽イオンと陽イオン交換樹脂が一体となって腐食抑制剤を形成し、前記腐食抑制剤がビーズに形成され、前記ビーズは溶液から濾過される腐食抑制剤製造方法であって、前記方法は、前記ビーズを乾燥する工程と、前記ビーズをより小さな粒子へ解体する工程を含み、前記有機性の陽イオンがベンザトリアゾール又はその誘導体であり、前記腐 食抑制剤の微粒子のサイズが100ミクロン未満である腐食抑制剤製造方法。
- 前記陽イオン交換樹脂が有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂であり、陽イオン交換樹脂中に無機性の陽イオンを含む第2の腐食抑制剤を組み合わせる工程、及び/又は、微粒子の無機性陽イオン変性シリカを含む第2の腐食抑制剤と前記微粒子を混合する工程を含む請求項13 乃至15のいずれかによる方法。
- 前記陽イオン交換樹脂がジビニルベンゼンであり、陽イオン交換樹脂中に無機性の陽イオ ンを含む第2の腐食抑制剤を組み合わせる工程、及び/又は、微粒子の無機性陽イオン変 性シリカを含む第2の腐食抑制剤と前記微粒子を混合する工程を含む請求項13乃至15 のいずれかによる方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかによる腐食抑制剤をポリマー結合材と組み合わせる工程を含む金属基板用被膜を製造する方法。
