Abstract
Description
Claims (31)
- 陽イオン交換樹脂中に有機性の陽イオンを含む腐食抑制剤。
- 陽イオン交換樹脂中の有機性の陽イオンが微粒子である請求項1に記載の腐食抑制剤。
- 有機性の陽イオンがアゾール又はオキシムである請求項1又は2による腐食抑制剤。
- 有機性の陽イオンがベンザトリアゾール又はその誘導体である請求項1乃至3のいずれかによる腐食抑制剤。
- 陽イオン交換樹脂は、有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂マトリックスである請求項1乃至4のいずれかによる腐食抑制剤。
- 有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂は、負に帯電された基を有するスチレン及び/又はジビニルベンゼン共重合体である請求項5による腐食抑制剤。
- スチレン、ジビニルベンゼンの共重合体は負に帯電されたスルホン化された官能基を有する請求項6による腐食抑制剤。
- 腐食抑制剤の微粒子のサイズが好ましくは100ミクロン未満であり、更に好ましくは、50ミクロン未満であり、一層好ましくは20ミクロン未満であり、更に好ましくは5ミクロン未満である請求項2による腐食抑制剤。
- 陽イオン交換樹脂に対する有機性の陽イオンの比率が陽イオン交換樹脂に対する有機性の陽イオンの重量で約10%である請求項1乃至8のいずれかによる腐食抑制剤。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかによる第1の腐食抑制剤と無機性の陽イオン変性シリカを含む第2の腐食抑制剤とから成り、基板上の耐蝕性を付与する被膜に添加するための添加物。
- 無機性の陽イオン変性シリカがカルシウム陽イオン変性シリカから成っている請求項10による添加物。
- 無機性の陽イオン変性シリカが微粒子である請求項10による腐食抑制剤。
- 前記第1と第2との腐食抑制剤が微粒子の混合物を含む請求項10乃至12のいずれかによる添加物。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれかによる第1の腐食抑制剤と陽イオン交換樹脂中の無機性の陽イオンを含む第2の腐食抑制剤とから成る基板上に耐蝕性を付与する被膜に添加するための添加物。
- ポリマー結合剤に提供された請求項1乃至14のいずれかによる腐食抑制剤又は添加物を含む金属基板用被膜。
- ポリマー結合剤がアクリル樹脂、ポリウレタン又はポリビニール・ブチラールの1つ以上から選択された請求項15による被膜。
- 塗料の形態である請求項15、16のいずれかによる被膜。
- 請求項15乃至17のいずれかによる被膜が塗布された金属基板。
- 前記金属は、鋼又は鋼を基礎にした合金である請求項18による金属基板。
- 有機性陽イオンを陽イオン交換樹脂と組み合わせる工程を含む腐食抑制剤を製造する方法。
- 溶液中の有機性の陽イオンを用意し、前記陽イオン交換樹脂を前記溶液と組み合わせてビーズを形成することを含む請求項20による方法。
- 前記有機性イオンは、溶液へ有機性化合物を溶解することにより生成され、前記有機性混合物は、少なくとも2つのイオンに分離し、一方のイオンは、有機性陽イオンであり、前記溶液は、3未満のpHを有する請求項18による方法、
- 溶液中に有機化合物を提供し、前記有機性混合物を有機性陽イオンと陰イオンとに分離するために負に帯電された官能基を有する陽イオン交換樹脂と組み合わせ、前記有機性陽イオンと陽イオン交換樹脂が一体となって腐食抑制剤を形成する腐食抑制剤製造方法。
- 前記腐食抑制剤がビーズに形成され、前記ビーズは溶液から濾過される請求項23による方法。
- 前記ビーズを乾燥することを含む請求項24による方法。
- 前記ビーズをより小さな粒子へ解体することを含む請求項25による方法。
- 前記有機性の陽イオンがアゾールであり、好ましくは、ベンザトリアゾールである請求項20乃至26のいずれかによる方法。
- 前記陽イオン交換樹脂が有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂、好ましくは、ジビニルベンゼンである請求項20乃至27のいずれかによる方法。
- 陽イオン交換樹脂中に無機性の陽イオンを含む第2の腐食抑制剤を組み合わせる工程を更に含む請求項28による方法。
- 微粒子の無機性陽イオン変性シリカを含む第2の腐食抑制剤と前記粒子を混合することを含む請求項26による方法。
- 有機性の陽イオン交換樹脂を含む腐食抑制剤をポリマー結合材と組み合わせる工程を含む金属基板用被膜を製造する方法。
