本発明の請求項2に係る発明では、当接ストッパ41は駆動ユニット11の構造体に当接させることができるので、より強度を確保できる。
本発明の請求項4に係る発明では、当接ストッパ41の弾性体41Bを駆動ユニット11に当接させることができるので、静粛性に優れる。
本発明の請求項5に係る発明では、当接ストッパ41を強度に優れた噛合保持ユニット31の構造体に当接させるため、更なる強度を確保できる。
Claims (5)
- サイドドア(14)を上下一対のドアヒンジ(18)により回動自在に車体(17)に取り付け;
前記サイドドア(14)には出力軸(24A)にピニオン歯車(21)を固定した駆動ユニット(11)を取り付け;
前記ピニオン歯車(21)にはラック(27)のラックギヤ(27A)を噛合させ;
前記ラック(27)の前端部は前記車体(17)に固定した車体側ブラケット(19)に軸止した連結アーム(29)に連結して前記ピニオン歯車(21)の回転により前記ラック(27)が前方に移動すると前記サイドドア(14)が開扉方向に移動し前記ラック(27)が後方に移動すると前記サイドドア(14)が閉扉方向に移動する構成とし;
前記ラック(27)の後端部には前記ラック(27)が前方に規定量移動すると前記駆動ユニット(11)に当接して前記ラック(27)の前方への移動を阻碍する当接ストッパ(41)を固定し;
前記サイドドア(14)は金属製アウターパネル(14A)と金属製インナーパネル(14B)と上下に昇降自在のドアガラス(14C)とを備え、前記駆動ユニット(11)は前記ドアガラス(14C)の下降移動軌跡線と前記金属製インナーパネル(14B)との間に形成される収納スペース(15)に配置して、モータ部(20)を含む前記駆動ユニット(11)は前縁および後縁を前側ガイドレール(14D)および後側ガイドレール(14E)で摺動自在に狭持させたドアガラス(14C)とドアの幅方向において重合させ;
前記駆動ユニット(11)は前記モータ部(20)のモータ軸(20A)から前記ピニオン歯車(21)に至る動力伝達経路を前記モータ軸(20A)を中心とした縦に伸びるリニア状の直線上に配置する構成とする共に前記モータ部(20)を前記駆動ユニット(11)の最上部に前記ピニオン歯車(21)を前記駆動ユニット(11)の最下部に配置して前記モータ軸(20A)を前記モータ部(20)から下向に伸びる構成とし;
前記駆動ユニット(11)は前記前側ガイドレール(14D)より前後方向において後方に配置してドアガラス(14C)とドアの幅方向において重合させた車両サイドドアの開閉装置。 - 請求項1において、前記当接ストッパ(41)は前記駆動ユニット(11)を前記サイドドア(14)に固定する上部カバー(32)に当接させる車両サイドドアの開閉装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2において、前記当接ストッパ(41)は前記ドアヒンジ(18)が回転限界に達する前に前記駆動ユニット(11)に当接させる車両サイドドアの開閉装置。
- 請求項1~3のいずれか一項において、前記当接ストッパ(41)は前記ラック(27)に固定される鋼材部(41A)と前記鋼材部(41A)の外周に設けられ前記駆動ユニット(11)と当接する弾性体(41B)とを有する車両サイドドアの開閉装置。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項において、前記ピニオン歯車(21)と前記ラックギヤ(27A)とは噛合保持ユニット(31)の上部カバー(32)と下部ベース(33)とを備えた枠体内で噛合させ、前記当接ストッパ(41)は前記枠体に当接させる車両サイドドアの開閉装置。
