Claims (3)
- 複数のタッチ電極ユニットを備えるタッチパネルであって、前記複数のタッチ電極ユニットの各々は、互いに絶縁された第1の電極と第2の電極とを含み、双方が共通電極として用いられ、前記第2の電極は前記第1の電極の外側を囲んでいる、タッチパネルと、
前記共通電極の上または下に位置する画素電極と、
前記画素電極の1行のうちの奇数列の前記画素電極を駆動して表示する第1のスイッチ管と、
前記画素電極の1行のうちの偶数列の前記画素電極を駆動して表示する第2のスイッチ管と、
前記第1のスイッチ管のゲートに接続された第1のゲート線と、
前記第2のスイッチ管のゲートに接続された第2のゲート線と、
を備え、
前記画素電極の2列ごとにデータ線を1本設けて、前記データ線を挟む隣接する2列の前記画素電極はこれにそれぞれ接続された前記第1のスイッチ管及び前記第2のスイッチ管を介して前記データ線に接続され、
共通信号線は、前記データ線がその間に設けられていない隣接する2列の前記画素電極の間に分布し、前記データ線と同一の材料を用いて同一の層に設けられ、前記データ線と前記共通電極との間の絶縁層に設けられたビアを介して前記共通電極に接続され、
前記共通信号線は、表示時には共通電極線として用いられ、タッチ時には前記タッチパネルの駆動信号線及び誘導信号線として用いられ、
前記第1の電極は、正方形を呈し、
前記第2の電極は、正方形のリング形状の一体構造を呈し、その内側リングと外側リングとの間の間隔は等しく、
前記第1の電極の正方形の一辺の長さは、前記第2の電極の正方形のリング形状の前記内側リングと前記外側リングとの間の間隔の2倍に等しく、
前記第1の電極と前記第2の電極との間のギャップ幅は3μm~5μmであり、
前記共通信号線は、複数本あり、
異なる行及び同じ列にそれぞれ配置され、前記共通電極としても用いられる前記タッチ電極ユニットの、それぞれが正方形を呈する前記第1の電極は、対応する共通信号線に接続され、
異なる行及び同じ列にそれぞれ配置され、前記共通電極としても用いられる前記タッチ電極ユニットの、それぞれが正方形のリング形状の一体構造を呈する前記第2の電極は、対応する共通信号線に接続される、アレイ基板。 - 異なる行及び同じ列に配置され、前記共通電極として多重化された前記第1の電極は、並列接続された複数の前記共通信号線のうちの相応の共通信号線に接続され、
異なる行及び同じ列に配置され、前記共通電極として多重化された前記第2の電極は、並列接続された複数の前記共通信号線のうちの相応の共通信号線に接続される
