Description
第1外装材及び第2外装材を含む外装体と、
前記第1外装材と前記第2外装材との間に形成される収容空間に収容された電極体及び電解液と、を備え、
前記電極体は、第1方向に積層された複数の第1電極及び複数の第2電極と、前記第1方向に隣り合う前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置され且つ空隙を含む絶縁シートと、を有し、
前記第1電極は、第1電極集電体と、前記第1電極集電体の少なくとも一方の面上に設けられ且つ空隙を含む第1電極活物質を含む第1電極活物質層と、を有し、
前記第2電極は、第2電極集電体と、前記第2電極集電体の少なくとも一方の面上に設けられ且つ空隙を含む第2電極活物質を含む第2電極活物質層と、を有し、
前記収容空間に収容された前記電解液の総体積は、前記絶縁シートに含まれる空隙、前記第1電極活物質層に含まれる空隙、及び前記第2電極活物質層に含まれる空隙の総容積の105%以上160%以下である。
前記第1外装材と前記第2外装材とは、接合部において接合されており、
平面視における前記接合部と前記電極体との間の前記第1方向に直交する方向に沿った距離は、3mm以上15mm以下であってもよい。
前記第1電極は、第1電極集電体と、前記第1電極集電体の少なくとも一方の面上に設けられ第1電極活物質を含む第1電極活物質層と、を有し、
前記第1電極活物質層は、リン酸鉄リチウムを含んでもよい。
前記収容空間に前記電極体を配置する工程と、
前記収容空間に前記電解液を注入する工程と、を備え、
前記電解液を注入する工程において、前記電解液は、前記絶縁シートに含まれる空隙、前記第1電極活物質層に含まれる空隙、及び前記第2電極活物質層に含まれる空隙の総容積の105%以上160%以下の量を前記収容空間に注入される。

Claims (4)
- 第1外装材及び第2外装材を含む外装体と、
前記第1外装材と前記第2外装材との間に形成される収容空間に収容された電極体及び電解液と、を備え、
前記電極体は、第1方向に積層された複数の第1電極及び複数の第2電極と、前記第1方向に隣り合う前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置され且つ空隙を含む絶縁シートと、を有し、
前記第1電極は、第1電極集電体と、前記第1電極集電体の少なくとも一方の面上に設けられ且つ空隙を含む第1電極活物質を含む第1電極活物質層と、を有し、
前記第2電極は、第2電極集電体と、前記第2電極集電体の少なくとも一方の面上に設けられ且つ空隙を含む第2電極活物質を含む第2電極活物質層と、を有し、
前記収容空間に収容された前記電解液の総体積は、前記絶縁シートに含まれる空隙、前記第1電極活物質層に含まれる空隙、及び前記第2電極活物質層に含まれる空隙の総容積の105%以上160%以下であり、
前記第1外装材と前記第2外装材とは、接合部において接合されており、
平面視における前記接合部と前記電極体との間の前記第1方向に直交する方向に沿った距離は、5mm以上15mm以下であり、
平面視における前記収容空間の面積の、平面視における前記電極体の面積に対する比が、1.01以上2.0以下であり、
前記第1電極活物質層に含まれる空隙と前記第2電極活物質層に含まれる空隙との総容積の、前記絶縁シートに含まれる空隙の総容積に対する比は、1以上10以下であり、
前記第1電極集電体と前記第2電極集電体との間に存在する前記電解液の体積は、前記収容空間に収容された前記電解液の総体積の40%以上95%以下であり、
前記電極体の前記第1方向を法線方向とする面の面積は、80cm 2 以上4700cm 2 以下であり、
前記電極体の前記第1方向に沿った厚さは、0.25mm以上9.5mm以下である、蓄電素子。 - 前記第1電極は、第1電極集電体と、前記第1電極集電体の少なくとも一方の面上に設けられ第1電極活物質を含む第1電極活物質層と、を有し、
前記第1電極活物質層は、リン酸鉄リチウムを含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記第1外装材及び前記第2外装材は、周縁の接合部において接合している、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電素子。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電素子の製造方法であって、
前記収容空間に前記電極体を配置する工程と、
前記収容空間に前記電解液を注入する工程と、を備え、
前記電解液を注入する工程において、前記電解液は、前記絶縁シートに含まれる空隙、前記第1電極活物質層に含まれる空隙、及び前記第2電極活物質層に含まれる空隙の総容積の105%以上160%以下の量を前記収容空間に注入される、蓄電素子の製造方法。
