Claims (9)
- 圧力調整器アセンブリであって、
入口および出口を備えたチャンバを有するハウジングを含む分配容器の内部容積内に配置された圧力調整器であって、前記チャンバは、前記ハウジングに対して固定された静止部分および可動部分を備えた圧力検出アセンブリを内部に含み、前記静止部分および前記可動部分は、前記チャンバ内の圧力変化に応じて伸縮するように適合されたダイヤフラム要素を備えたベローズ構造体によって相互接続される、圧力調整器と、
振動を弱め、開位置と閉位置との間の前記圧力検出アセンブリの移動を安定させるように適合されたダンパアセンブリであって、前記ダンパアセンブリは、前記可動部分に形成されたスリーブ内に配置される、ダンパアセンブリと、
前記圧力検出アセンブリに動作可能に結合され、前記チャンバの前記入口と前記出口との間の流体圧力を調整するように適合されたポペットクロージャアセンブリであって、前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリは、ポペット要素、および前記チャンバの前記入口に位置する着座構造体を含み、前記ポペット要素は、前記着座構造体に嵌合および接触してシールを形成するように上部が半球形の形状に切り取られた表面を有する、ポペットクロージャアセンブリとを備え、
前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリは、前記ポペット要素の上端部と前記着座構造体との間に挿入されたOリング部材をさらに含む、圧力調整器アセンブリ。 - 前記ベローズ構造体の前記ダイヤフラム要素は、単一の溶接ダイヤフラム要素を有するように構成される、請求項1に記載の圧力調整器アセンブリ。
- 前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリは、圧力下での変形レベルが低い構造材料でさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の圧力調整器アセンブリ。
- 前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリは、相補的な形状の着座構造体との非円錐形のシール形状のポペット要素でさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の圧力調整器アセンブリ。
- 前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリの前記着座構造体は、非金属材料で構成される、請求項1に記載の圧力調整器アセンブリ。
- ダイヤフラム要素を備えた前記ベローズ構造体は、前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリ内の前記ポペット要素の移動距離を減少させ、これによって流体分配の最初に前記容器から分配される流体を部分的に減衰させるように構成された厚さおよび弾性を有する材料で構成される、請求項1に記載の圧力調整器アセンブリ。
- 前記ダンパアセンブリは、本体を備えた軸方向部材と、外周スリーブと、ばね部材とを含み、軸方向部材本体は、前記静止部分に結合された近位端部と、前記可動部分に向かって突出する遠位端部とを有し、前記軸方向部材本体は、前記軸方向部材の前記遠位端部の周りに周方向に配置された前記ばね部材を有し、前記外周スリーブは、前記軸方向部材の前記近位端部の周りに位置し、前記ばね部材の上端部と接触している、請求項1に記載の圧力調整器アセンブリ。
- 流体供給パッケージであって、
圧力調整流体貯蔵分配容器と、
入口および出口を備えたチャンバを有するハウジングを含む前記分配容器の内部容積内に配置された圧力調整器であって、前記チャンバは、前記ハウジングに対して固定された静止部分および可動部分を備えた圧力検出アセンブリを内部に含み、前記静止部分および前記可動部分は、前記チャンバ内の圧力変化に応じて伸縮するように適合された単一の溶接ダイヤフラム要素を備えたベローズ構造体によって相互接続される、圧力調整器と、
振動を弱め、開位置と閉位置との間の前記圧力検出アセンブリの移動を安定させるように適合されたダンパアセンブリであって、前記ダンパアセンブリは、前記可動部分に形成されたスリーブ内に配置される、ダンパアセンブリと、
前記圧力検出アセンブリに動作可能に結合され、前記チャンバの前記入口と前記出口との間の流体圧力を調整するように適合されたポペットクロージャアセンブリであって、前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリは、ポペット要素、および前記チャンバの前記入口に位置する着座構造体を含み、前記ポペット要素は、前記着座構造体に嵌合および接触してシールを形成するように上部が半球形の形状に切り取られた表面を有する、ポペットクロージャアセンブリと、
前記分配容器に結合され、排出ポートを通して前記容器から流体を分配するように適合されたバルブヘッドであって、前記圧力調整器は、前記排出ポートの上流に配置され、前記バルブヘッドに結合され、前記バルブヘッドは、前記容器からの流体分配を制御するように動作可能な流れ制御バルブを含む、バルブヘッドとを備え、
前記ポペットクロージャアセンブリは、前記ポペット要素の上端部と前記着座構造体との間に挿入されたOリング部材をさらに含む、流体供給パッケージ。 - 前記ダンパアセンブリは、本体を備えた軸方向部材と、外周スリーブと、ばね部材とを含み、軸方向部材本体は、前記静止部分に結合された近位端部と、前記可動部分に向かって突出する遠位端部とを有し、前記軸方向部材本体は、前記軸方向部材の前記遠位端部の周りに周方向に配置された前記ばね部材を有し、前記外周スリーブは、前記軸方向部材の前記近位端部の周りに位置し、前記ばね部材の上端部と接触している、請求項8に記載の流体供給パッケージ。
