Claims (8)
- 自転車用のVベルト型無段変速機であって:
入力手段(1100)であって、第1の入力フランジ(1120)と、第2の入力フランジ(1130)と、第1の入力軸(1110)と、を備え、前記第1の入力フランジ(1120)は前記第1の入力軸(1110)上で軸線方向に可動であり、これにより前記第1の入力フランジ(1120)と第2の入力フランジ(1130)との間の距離を変更でき、前記第1の入力フランジ(1120)と前記第2の入力フランジ(1130)が対向する面はそれぞれ縁部に向かうにつれて互いに離れるように形成されている、入力手段(1100)と、
出力手段(1300)であって、第1の出力フランジ(1320)と、第2の出力フランジ(1330)と、第1の出力軸(1310)と、を備え、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)は前記第1の出力軸(1310)上で軸線方向に可動であり、これにより前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)と第2の出力フランジ(1330)との間の距離を変更でき、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)と前記第2の出力フランジ(1330)が対向する面はそれぞれ縁部に向かうにつれて互いに離れるように形成されている、出力手段(1300)と、
前記入力手段(1100)を前記出力手段(1300)に接続するV字形状ベルトの形態の伝動手段と、を備え、
第2の入力軸(7520)及び第2の出力軸(7420)と、
前記第2の入力軸(7520)に対する前記入力手段(1100)の回転速度を増幅する入力増幅手段(7510、7511、7512、7513)と、
前記第2の出力軸(7420)に対する前記出力手段(1300)の回転速度を増幅する出力増幅手段(7410、7411、7412、7413)と、を備え、
前記出力手段(1300)は、前記無段変速機のギア比を制御するため、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)の位置を制御する出力制御手段(1340)を備え、
前記出力制御手段(1340)は、出力弾性手段(1342)と、前記第1の出力軸(1310)に対して固定された出力板(1341)と、出力駆動手段(1344)と、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)に対して固定されている収容部材(1343)と、を備え、
前記出力弾性手段(1342)は、前記出力板(1341)と、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)との間に配置され、該出力弾性手段(1342)により前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)を第2の出力フランジ(1330)に近づく向きに付勢することにより、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)をローギア位置に向けて付勢し、
前記出力駆動手段(1344)は、前記出力板(1341)と前記収容部材(1343)の間に配置された重りを備え、前記出力手段(1300)の速度が上昇すると、遠心力により前記重りが前記出力板(1341)と前記収容部材(1343)の間隔を広げるように移動し、これに伴い前記出力弾性手段(1342)に対抗して、前記収容部材(1343)に固定されている前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)が前記第2の出力フランジ(1330)から離れるように駆動することにより、前記第1の出力フランジ(1320)をハイギア位置に向かって駆動し、
前記入力手段(1100)は、前記第1の入力フランジ(1120)の位置を制御する入力制御手段(1140)を備え、
前記入力制御手段(1140)は、入力弾性手段(1142)と、前記第1の入力軸(1110)に固定された入力板(1141)と、を備え、
前記入力弾性手段(1142)は、前記入力板(1141)と、前記第1の入力フランジ(1120)との間に配置され、前記第1の入力フランジ(1120)を前記第2の入力フランジ(1130)に近づく向きに付勢し、
前記出力弾性手段(1342)のばね定数は前記入力弾性手段(1142)のばね定数より大きい、無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記入力増幅手段(7510、7511、7512、7513)は、5~30の範囲の倍率を有する、無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記出力増幅手段(7410、7411、7412、7413)は、2~10の範囲の倍率を有する、無段変速機。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記出力制御手段(1340)は、前記出力弾性手段(1342)にプリロードをかけるプリロード手段を備える、無段変速機。 - 請求項1~4のうちいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記出力制御手段(1340)は前記出力制御手段(1340)の位置を固定する固定手段を備える、無段変速機。 - 請求項1~5のうちいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記第2の入力軸(7520)及び前記第2の出力軸(7420)は同軸に設けられる、無段変速機。 - 自転車であって:
クランク軸と、
後軸と、
請求項1~6のうちいずれか一項に記載の無段変速機と、を備え、
前記第2の入力軸(7520)は最終的には第1の変速機により前記クランク軸に接続され、
前記第2の出力軸(7420)は最終的には第2の変速機により前記後軸に接続される、自転車。 - 請求項7に記載の自転車であって、
前記第1の変速機は前記入力手段(1100)又は前記第2の入力軸(7520)を前記クランク軸より高速で回転させる第1の変速比を有し、及び/又は
前記第2の変速機は前記出力手段(1300)又は前記第2の出力軸(7420)を前記後軸より高速で回転させる第2の変速比を有する、自転車。
