Description
Claims (9)
- ねじ構造体(10)であって、
トルクを発生させる駆動ユニット(16)と、
外周面側おねじ部(30)を有し、前記駆動ユニット(16)によって主軸(A)を中心として回転駆動される駆動部材(24)と、
前記駆動ユニット(16)と前記駆動部材(24)の間に軸方向に配置された制御部材(34)と、
前記駆動部材(24)の前記外周面側おねじ部(30)と螺合する内周面側めねじ部(32)を有する被駆動部材(12)と、を有し、
前記被駆動部材(12)の前記内周面側めねじ部(32)の軸方向長さ(b)は、前記駆動部材(24)の前記外周面側おねじ部(30)の軸方向長さ(a)よりも大きく、
前記駆動ユニット(16)はそのトルクを駆動シャフト(22)に与え、トルクを伝達し、軸方向に変位可能なように前記駆動部材(24)が長手方向歯部(26)によって前記駆動シャフト(22)と結合し、前記軸方向における減衰効果および懸架効果を有する減衰/懸架部材(28)が前記駆動部材(24)と前記制御部材(34)の間に配置されているねじ構造体(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のねじ構造体(10)であって、前記ねじ構造体(10)が短縮した状態のとき、前記駆動ユニット(16)が前記被駆動部材(12)の中に収納されて、少なくとも一部が前記被駆動部材(12)の前記内周面側めねじ部(32)によって、囲まれているねじ構造体(10)。
- 請求項1または2に記載のねじ構造体(10)であって、前記制御部材(34)の中の貫通孔(36)を貫通する前記駆動シャフト(22)に前記駆動ユニット(16)がそのトルクを与えるねじ構造体(10)。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のねじ構造体(10)であって、前記駆動ユニット(16)は、電気モータ(18)を含み、さらにギアユニット(20)および/または前記電気モータおよび/または前記電気モータ用の制御ユニットを駆動するための電気エネルギを供給する電池を含むねじ構造体(10)。
- 請求項4に記載のねじ構造体(10)であって、前記駆動ユニット(16)のすべての部材が互いに結合して、一つのユニットとして扱える自己支持型モジュールを形成しているねじ構造体(10)。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のねじ構造体(10)であって、前記駆動ユニット(16)は防塵仕様で閉塞された駆動側筒体(14)の中に収納されているねじ構造体(10)。
- 請求項6に記載のねじ構造体(10)であって、前記駆動側筒体(14)は前記駆動ユニット(16)を起動し、および/または前記駆動ユニット(16)に電力を付与するのに用いる外部から接続可能な電気接続端子を有するねじ構造体(10)。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のねじ構造体(10)を有するシート高さ調整手段を有する座部構造(74)。
- 請求項8に記載の座部構造(74)であって、前記座部構造(74)は前記ねじ構造体(10)によって形成された単一の垂直中心柱を有するタイプであり、前記座部構造(74)を有するシート(76)を介して導入される全重力は概ね前記中心柱にかかる座部構造(74)。
