Claims (23)

1. Торсионное устройство экзопротеза, содержащее проксимальную часть (1), установленную с возможностью вращения против действия пружиняще-упругого торсионного элемента относительно дистальной части (2) в положительном и отрицательном направлениях (5, 6) вращения, причем торсионный элемент в положительном направлении (5) вращения имеет торсионную характеристику, отличающуюся от торсионной характеристики в отрицательном направлении (6) вращения, отличающееся тем, что торсионный элемент включает в себя два отдельных торсионных пружинящих элемента (3, 4), имеющих разную характеристику пружины и помещенных с предварительным натягом между расположенными между ними опорами (7, 8; 7, 9) так, что только соответственно один из обоих торсионных пружинящих элементов (3 или 4) действует в одном из обоих направлений (5 или 6) вращения, а именно только в положительном или только в отрицательном направлении вращения.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оба торсионных пружинящих элемента (3, 4) образованы двумя состоящими из эластомера кольцевыми сегментами, которые, если смотреть в направлении вращения, непосредственно или косвенно опираются каждый на поводок (10) проксимальной части (1), а также на неподвижно фиксированную на дистальной части (2) опору (7).
3. Устройство по п.2, отличающееся тем, что оба торсионных пружинящих элемента (3, 4) своим первым концом опираются каждый на противоположные в направлении окружности стороны (7а, 7b) опоры (7), а своим вторым концом на соответственно вторую опору (8, 9), причем эти вторые опоры (8, 9) установлены на дистальной части (2) с возможностью перемещения каждая в направлении окружности, по меньшей мере, на несколько окружных градусов к упирающемуся в них торсионному пружинящему элементу (3, 4).
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что вторые опоры (8, 9) установлены с возможностью перемещения в направлении окружности так, что только одна из этих опор имеет возможность перемещения по направлению к опирающемуся на нее торсионному пружинящему элементу (3, 4), тогда как другая вторая опора остается под предварительным натягом посредством дополнительной опоры (11, 12).
5. Устройство по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что торсионные пружинящие элементы (3, 4) выполнены с возможностью замены.
6. Устройство по одному из пп.3-5, отличающееся тем, что для нагрузки на обе перемещаемые опоры (8, 9) предусмотрен фиксированный на проксимальной части (1) поводок (10).
7. Устройство по одному из пп.2-6, отличающееся тем, что торсионные пружинящие элементы (3, 4) состоят из, в основном, несжимаемого эластомера и при торсионной нагрузке выпучиваются за счет поводка (10) в конструктивно предусмотренное для этого свободное пространство (13, 14).
8. Устройство по п.7, отличающееся тем, что названное свободное пространство (13, 14) рассчитано так, что плоский подъем характеристики пружины к концу торсионного вращения переходит в сильно прогрессирующий подъем.
9. Устройство по одному из пп.3-8, отличающееся тем, что обе перемещаемые опоры (8, 9) образуют одновременно подшипниковые вкладыши для проксимальной части (1), вставленной трубообразным патрубком в дистальную часть (2).
10. Устройство по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что для обоих торсионных пружинящих элементов (3, 4) предусмотрена только одна общая первая опора (7).
11. Устройство по одному из пп.4-10, отличающееся тем, что названный поводок (10) вставлен точно или с натягом между обеими перемещаемыми опорами (8, 9).
12. Устройство по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что оно оснащено амортизационной системой, содержащей осевой пружинящий элемент (15), который своим дистальным концом опирается на дистальную часть (2), а своим проксимальным концом на проксимальную часть (1), телескопически перемещаемую в дистальной части (2).
13. Устройство по п.12, отличающееся тем, что осевой пружинящий элемент (15) выполнен с возможностью замены.
14. Устройство по п.12 или 13, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит натяжной винт (16), посредством которого можно плавно прикладывать к осевому пружинящему элементу (15) предварительное натяжение.
15. Устройство по одному из пп.12, 13 или 14, отличающееся тем, что проксимальная часть (1) имеет запираемое запорным винтом (17) отверстие для замены осевого пружинящего элемента (15).
16. Устройство по п.15, отличающееся тем, что запорный винт (17) одновременно образует натяжной винт.
17. Устройство по одному из пп.12-16, отличающееся тем, что максимальное осевое пружинение ограничено концевым упорным пружинящим элементом (19).
18. Устройство по п.17, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит нелинейный концевой упорный пружинящий элемент (19).
19. Устройство по п.17 или 18, отличающееся тем, что концевой упорный пружинящий элемент (19) образован фиксированным в дистальной части (2) эластомерным кольцом.
20. Устройство по одному из пп.12-19, отличающееся тем, что у свободного от осевого усилия торсионного устройства проксимальная часть (1) прилегает кольцевым заплечиком (1а) к ограничивающему ход верхнему упорному пружинящему элементу (20).
21. Устройство по одному из пп.12-20, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит резьбовой колпачок (21), навинченный на проксимальный конец дистальной части (2) и образующий телескопическую направляющую для проксимальной части (1).
22. Устройство по одному из пп.12-21, отличающееся тем, что упорный пружинящий элемент (15) образован эластомерным стержнем.
23. Устройство по п.22, отличающееся тем, что эластомерный стержень (15) состоит из, в основном, несжимаемого эластомера и при осевой нагрузке выпучивается в конструктивно предусмотренное для этого свободное пространство (18), которое рассчитано так, что плоский подъем характеристики пружины к концу осевого пружинения переходит в сильно прогрессирующий подъем.
