Description
本出願は、「CORROSION-RESISTANT NON-WOVEN FOR PIPE LINER AND PULTRUSION APPLICATIONS」と題する、2016年9月6日出願の米国特許仮出願番号第62/383,665号の優先権及びその全ての利点を主張するものであり、その開示全体を引用により本明細書に完全に組み入れる。

表1に列挙される組成に従って、バインダ配合物(組成物A)を調製した。比較のために、市販のGC25A及びGC30Aマットを使用した。GC25A及びGC30Aマットは、アクリルベースであり、腐食抑制剤を含有しない。
Claims (11)
- 不織マットであって、
複数の強化繊維と、
バインダ樹脂、カップリング剤、及び腐食抑制剤を含むバインダ組成物と、
を含み、
前記バインダ組成物は非腐食性であり、
前記バインダ樹脂は、15.0重量%から30.0重量%までの熱硬化性材料、および、70.0重量%から85.0重量%までの熱可塑性材料を含み、
前記不織マットは、100%スチレンモノマー中に10分間浸漬された後、少なくとも1.356J(1.0lb/ft)の引張強度を示し、
前記腐食抑制剤は、トリエタノールアミンであり、
前記腐食抑制剤は、前記バインダ組成物中に、前記バインダ組成物内の全固形分に基づいて、0.05重量%から15.0重量%まで存在し、
前記バインダ組成物は、液体状態で、1.0から7.0までの範囲のpHを示す、ことを特徴とする、不織マット。 - 前記複数の強化繊維は、ガラス繊維、合成繊維、及び天然繊維の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記複数の強化繊維は、ガラス繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記複数の強化繊維は、チョップドガラス繊維及び合成繊維の混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記バインダ組成物は、消泡剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記カップリング剤は、シランカップリング剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記熱硬化性材料は、アクリル系材料及びウレアホルムアルデヒド材料の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記熱可塑性材料は、エチレン酢酸ビニルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記不織マットは、前記腐食抑制剤を有さない他の同一の不織マットと比較すると、100%スチレンモノマー中に10分間浸漬された後、引張強度において少なくとも12%の増加を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 前記不織マットは、前記腐食抑制剤を有さない他の同一の不織マットと比較すると、硬化後、いずれの繊維白化も示さないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の不織マット。
- 熱硬化性樹脂で含浸された少なくとも1つのロービングと、
請求項2~10の何れか1項に記載の不織マットと、
を含む、引抜成形された複合製品。
