ならびに、0.5重量%未満の不可避の不純物、であることが望ましい。詳細には、用語「実質的に」は、それぞれの正確な値から、±10%、好ましくは±5%逸脱する偏差を称し、及び/または、機能に対して重要ではない変化の形態における偏差に相当する。
Claims (6)
- セラミックに金属被膜(3)を活性ハンダ付するためのハンダ付け材料(1)であって、銅を含み、かつ銀を含まず、
64質量%の銅、34質量%のインジウム、及び2質量%のチタン、
69質量%の銅、13質量%の錫、16質量%のインジウム、及び2質量%のチタン、
66質量%の銅、16質量%の錫、16質量%のマンガン、及び2質量%のチタン、
66質量%の銅、16質量%のインジウム、16質量%のマンガン、及び2質量%のチタン、または、
69質量%の銅、12質量%の錫、7質量%のマンガン、10質量%のインジウム、及び2質量%のチタンであり、
別途0.5質量%未満の不可避の不純物を有する、ハンダ付け材料(1)。 - 前記インジウム、前記マンガン、および前記錫は、溶融温度を低下させるための相手材料である、請求項1に記載のハンダ付け材料(1)。
- ペーストまたは箔である、請求項1または2に記載のハンダ付け材料(1)。
- 金属被膜(3)を有するキャリア層(2)であって、前記金属被膜(3)は前記キャリア層(2)に、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項に記載のハンダ付け材料(1)を介して接着される、キャリア層(2)。
- ハンダ付け材料(1)を使用して金属被膜(3)をセラミックに接着する方法であって、
前記ハンダ付け材料(1)は、
64質量%の銅、34質量%のマンガン、及び2質量%のチタン、
64質量%の銅、34質量%のインジウム、及び2質量%のチタン、
75質量%の銅、23質量%の錫、及び2質量%のチタン、
69質量%の銅、13質量%の錫、16質量%のインジウム、及び2質量%のチタ
ン、
66質量%の銅、16質量%の錫、16質量%のマンガン、及び2質量%のチタン、
66質量%の銅、16質量%のインジウム、16質量%のマンガン、及び2質量%のチタン、または、
69質量%の銅、12質量%の錫、7質量%のマンガン、10質量%のインジウム、及び2質量%のチタンであり、
別途0.5質量%未満の不可避の不純物を有し、
接着は、850℃未満のハンダ付け温度で実現される、方法。 - 前記ハンダ付け材料(1)は、スクリーン印刷においてセラミックを含むキャリア層(2)に適用される、請求項5に記載の方法。
