Description
図1に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態に係る燃料電池車両12は、燃料電池システム10が搭載された燃料電池電気自動車である。燃料電池システム10は、燃料電池スタック14と、燃料電池スタック14に燃料ガス(例えば、水素ガス)を供給する燃料ガス供給装置16と、燃料電池スタック14に酸化剤ガス(例えば、空気)を供給する図示しない酸化剤ガス供給装置とを備える。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る燃料電池車両12Aについて説明する。本実施形態に係る燃料電池車両12Aにおいて、上述した燃料電池車両12と同一の構成には同一の参照符号を付し、その詳細な説明については省略する。

Claims (9)
- 複数の発電セルが積層された燃料電池スタックに燃料ガスを供給する燃料ガス供給装置を備えた燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料ガス供給装置は、
前記複数の発電セルの積層方向に前記燃料電池スタックと並ぶように配置されたインジェクタ装置と、
前記インジェクタ装置に導かれる燃料ガスを加熱するための熱交換器と、を有し、
前記インジェクタ装置は、
インジェクタ本体と、
前記インジェクタ本体に燃料ガスを導入するための燃料ガス導入路が形成されて前記インジェクタ本体を支持する支持部と、を含み、
前記熱交換器は、前記支持部に対して固定されている、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記熱交換器は、前記支持部と前記燃料電池スタックとの間の空間に配設された熱交換器本体を有する、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記熱交換器は、
前記熱交換器本体内に燃料ガスを導入するための燃料ガス入口部と、
前記熱交換器本体内から燃料ガスを導出するための燃料ガス出口部と、を有し、
前記燃料ガス入口部および前記燃料ガス出口部のそれぞれは、前記熱交換器本体から前記支持部側に突出している、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項3記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料ガス供給装置は、燃料ガスを前記燃料ガス入口部に導くための燃料ガス供給配管を有し、
前記支持部には、前記燃料ガス供給配管の端部と前記燃料ガス入口部とが挿入される貫通孔が形成されている、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項3または4に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記支持部には、前記燃料ガス出口部が挿入される挿入孔が形成され、
前記燃料ガス出口部の内孔は、前記燃料ガス出口部が前記挿入孔に挿入された状態で前記燃料ガス導入路に連通している、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記熱交換器は、
前記熱交換器本体内に熱媒体を導入するための熱媒体入口部と、
前記熱交換器本体内から熱媒体を導出するための熱媒体出口部と、を有し、
前記熱媒体入口部および前記熱媒体出口部のそれぞれは、前記熱交換器本体から前記支持部側に突出している、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項2~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料ガス供給装置は、前記積層方向に前記燃料電池スタックと並ぶように前記インジェクタ装置に設けられたエゼクタ装置を有し、
前記エゼクタ装置には、
前記インジェクタ本体から導かれた燃料ガスを前記燃料電池スタックに導くための導出流路と、
前記燃料電池スタックから排出された燃料排ガスの一部を前記導出流路に導くための循環流路と、が形成され、
前記循環流路には、板状の弁体を有するリード弁が設けられ、
前記リード弁は、前記弁体の厚さ方向が前記積層方向に沿うように配置されている、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項7記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記リード弁は、前記熱交換器本体に対して前記積層方向と直交する方向に並ぶように配置されている、燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムを備えた燃料電池車両であって、
前記燃料電池システムは、前記積層方向が前記燃料電池車両の車幅方向に沿うように配置されている、燃料電池車両。
