少なくとも1つの前記画素回路の前記感光サブ回路は、制御トランジスタに直列に結合された少なくとも1つのフォトレジスタを含み、前記感光サブ回路は、駆動トランジスタに並列に結合されるとともに、スキャン対象物から反射された入射光に応答して少なくとも1つのフォトレジスタを通して流れる光電流を検知するように構成され、または、少なくとも1つの前記画素回路の前記感光サブ回路は、制御トランジスタに並列に結合された少なくとも1つのフォトレジスタを含み、前記感光サブ回路は、前記駆動トランジスタと少なくとも1つの前記有機発光ダイオードの第1電極との間に直列に結合されるとともに、前記制御トランジスタがオフしている間に、スキャン対象物から反射された入射光に応答して少なくとも1つの前記フォトレジスタを通して流れる光電流を検知するように構成される
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
前記感光サブ回路は、少なくとも1つの前記フォトレジスタおよび前記制御トランジスタに結合され、前記感光サブ回路によって検知された光電流を記録するために、フィードバックICに接続されるように構成される信号読み出しトランジスタをさらに含む
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項2に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
前記サブピクセル画像を表示するように前記表示駆動サブ回路が動作している間に、前
記感光サブ回路を無効にするために、前記制御トランジスタおよび前記信号読み出しトランジスタがオフにされる
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項2に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
前記表示駆動サブ回路の前記駆動トランジスタがオフしている間に、感光サブ回路を有効にして光電流を検知し前記フィードバックICに記録するために、前記制御トランジスタと前記信号読み出しトランジスタがオンにされる
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
前記感光サブ回路は、前記光電流を第1電極に通して、少なくとも1つの前記有機発光ダイオードを駆動することにより、スキャン対象物に基づくサブピクセル画像を表示するように動作する
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
少なくとも1つの前記画素回路の前記表示駆動サブ回路は、前記制御トランジスタがオフしている間に、前記入力データ電圧を一定値として前記複数の画素回路のそれぞれに供給する場合、駆動トランジスタをオンに維持するように構成される
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
少なくとも1つの前記画素回路の前記表示駆動サブ回路は、前記制御トランジスタがオンして駆動電流が少なくとも1つの前記フォトレジスタをバイパスすることを可能にするときに各入力データ電圧に基づくサブピクセル画像を表示するように、他のいずれか1つの前記表示駆動サブ回路と同じに構成される
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
表示駆動サブ回路は、2T1C駆動サブ回路を形成するように、駆動トランジスタと、1つのスイッチトランジスタと、蓄積コンデンサとを含む
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 請求項1に記載のディスプレイパネルにおいて、
前記表示駆動サブ回路は、NT1C駆動サブ回路を形成するように、駆動トランジスタと、N-1個のスイッチトランジスタと、蓄積コンデンサとを含み、ただし、Nは6,7,または8のいずれかである
ことを特徴とするディスプレイパネル。 - 画像表示モードおよび画像スキャンモードを有するディスプレイパネルの画素回路であって、
前記ディスプレイパネルの画像表示モードの間に、選択電圧、入力データ電圧及び電源電圧を受信して、発光ダイオードの第1電極に駆動トランジスタを介して電源電圧によって充電された駆動電流を生成して前記発光ダイオードを発光させることにより、入力データ電圧に基づいてサブピクセル画像を表示するように、駆動トランジスタと蓄積コンデンサに結合された1つ以上のスイッチトランジスタとを少なくとも有する表示駆動サブ回路と、
制御トランジスタに結合された少なくとも1つのフォトレジスタを有する感光サブ回路とを含み、
そのうち、前記感光サブ回路が、駆動トランジスタに結合し、画像スキャンモードの間に、ディスプレイパネルでスキャンされている対象物から反射された入射光に応答して、少なくとも1つの前記フォトレジスタによって誘起される光電流を前記発光ダイオードの第1電極に供給するとともに、画像表示モードの間に、駆動電流がフォトレジスタをバイパスすることを可能にする
ことを特徴とする画素回路。 - 請求項10に記載の画素回路において、
少なくとも1つの前記フォトレジスタは、前記制御トランジスタに直列に結合することにより、駆動トランジスタに並列に結合し、前記駆動トランジスタがオフしている間に、画像スキャンモードの間に、前記制御トランジスタをオンにすることにより前記感光サブ回路を有効にして、前記フォトレジスタを介して前記発光ダイオードの第1電極に光電流を供給し、画像表示モードの間に、制御トランジスタをオフにすることにより、駆動電流が発光ダイオードの第1電極に直接に流れることを可能にし、そのうち、前記感光サブ回路は、前記フォトレジスタに結合され、前記フォトレジスタを通る電流の値を集積回路に収集するように構成された第2制御トランジスタをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする画素回路。 - 請求項10に記載の画素回路において、
少なくとも1つの前記フォトレジスタは、前記制御トランジスタに並列に結合されることにより、前記駆動トランジスタに直列に結合し、画像表示モードの間に、前記制御トランジスタをオンにすることにより、前記感光サブ回路を無効にして、駆動電流がフォトレジスタをバイパスするが前記制御トランジスタを介して前記発光ダイオードの第1電極に流れることを可能にするとともに、前記駆動トランジスタをオンに維持することにより一定の駆動電流をバックグラウンドとして供給する際に、画像スキャンモードの間に、前記制御トランジスタをオフにすることにより、光電流が前記フォトレジスタを介して前記発光ダイオードの第1電極に直接に流れることを可能にする
ことを特徴とする画素回路。 - 請求項10あるいは11に記載の画素回路を有するディスプレイパネルを用いて画像をスキャンする方法であって、
画像スキャンのためにディスプレイパネルを有効にすると、前記駆動トランジスタをオフにするように前記表示駆動サブ回路を配置するステップと、
オンレベルである第1制御信号を供給して前記制御トランジスタをオンにすることにより、電源電圧によって充電された電流を前記制御トランジスタを介して前記フォトレジスタに流すステップと、
対象物をスキャンするためのスキャン光ビームを提供するステップと、
スキャン対象物から反射された入射光を検出するステップと、
前記入射光の強度変動に応じてフォトレジスタを通した前記発光ダイオードへの電流の変化を誘起するステップと、
電流によって駆動される前記発光ダイオードによって発光することにより、スキャン対
象物のサブピクセル画像を表示するステップとを含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
スキャン光ビームを提供するステップは、前記ディスプレイパネルに内蔵された光源または外部光源を使用する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項13に記載の方法において、
オンレベルである第2制御信号を供給することにより、前記フォトレジスタに結合され前記フォトレジスタを介して集積回路に電流の値を収集するように構成される第2制御トランジスタをオンにする同時に、オンレベルである第1制御信号を供給することにより、前記制御トランジスタをオンにして、入射光の強度変動に応じて変化し前記フォトレジスタを通した電流を、スキャン画像を処理するための集積回路に送信するステップをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のディスプレイパネルを備える表示装置であって、
通常の表示モードにあるディスプレイパネルで入力データに基づいて画像を表示し、または、スキャンモードにあるディスプレイパネルでスキャンされている対象物から反射された入射光に応答する光電流に基づいて画像を表示する
ことを特徴とする表示装置。
