Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルをパッケージングするモジュールケースと、を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記モジュールケースは、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの上側を覆う上部カバーと、
前記上部カバーの両側面及び前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの両側面を共に覆い、前記上部カバーと嵌合によって結合するサイドプレートと、を含み、
前記サイドプレートが前記上部カバーの前記両側面の上端部までを覆っており、
前記上部カバーの両側面には、
前記サイドプレートと嵌合される少なくとも一つの嵌合リブが形成されており、
前記上部カバーの下面には、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルのスウェリング時、前記サイドプレートの変形を防止するための少なくとも一つの変形防止リブが形成されており、
前記嵌合リブの上側及び下側にはそれぞれ、所定のギャップが形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記嵌合リブは、
複数個が設けられ、
前記複数個の嵌合リブは、
相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置され、相互に所定のギャップを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記所定のギャップは、
使用者が外観を確認できるように前記モジュールケースの外に露出されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記サイドプレートには、
前記少なくとも一つの変形防止リブが挿入される少なくとも一つの変形防止リブ挿入溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部カバーは、プラスチック複合材質で設けられ、
前記サイドプレートは、金属材質で設けられることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールを製造する方法であって、
前記嵌合リブは、
複数個が設けられ、
前記複数個の嵌合リブは、
相互に所定の距離で離隔して配置され、相互に所定のギャップが形成されており、
前記上部カバーと前記サイドプレートとは、
