Claims (8)
- バッテリーモジュールであって、
少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの両側面に配置される一対の加圧プレートと、
前記一対の加圧プレートと結合し、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの上下側を覆うモジュールカバーと、を含み、
前記モジュールカバーの両端部が、
前記一対の加圧プレートの上下側端部を覆うように曲げられ、前記一対の加圧プレートと溶接結合し、前記モジュールカバーの長手方向に沿って相互所定の距離で離隔する複数個の補助溶接ビードを含み、
前記モジュールカバーの両端部には、前記曲げ後、前記一対の加圧プレートとの溶接のための複数個の溶接部が設けられ、
前記複数個の補助溶接ビードが、前記複数個の溶接部に対して段差を設けるように配置されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数個の補助溶接ビードが、前記複数個の溶接部の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数個の補助溶接ビードが、所定の大きさの凹んだ溝形状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールカバーの両端部の曲げによって前記モジュールカバーの両端部が前記一対の加圧プレートと並んで配置されれば、前記複数個の溶接部で溶接結合が行われ、
前記モジュールカバーの両端部の曲げによって前記モジュールカバーの両端部が前記一対の加圧プレートの外へ所定の角度で傾くように配置されれば、前記複数個の補助溶接ビードにて溶接結合が行われることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記一対の加圧プレートには、前記モジュールカバーの曲げられる両端部が載置されるカバー載置部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数個の補助溶接ビードが、前記複数個の溶接部と多段のビード形状の構造で配置され、前記曲げによって発生し得る曲げ角度の偏差を補うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項7に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
