Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一側に電極リードが突出する複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの電極リード同士を電気的に接続するためのバスバーアセンブリと、を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの少なくとも一側を覆うバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記電極リードを通過させる複数のリードスロットと、
前記複数のリードスロット同士の間に配置され、前記電極リードと連結される少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーと、
前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーを弾性的に支持可能な弾性ガイダであって、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの後方に配置される少なくとも一つの弾性ガイダと、を含む、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーは、前記少なくとも一つの弾性ガイダに弾性接触しながら、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向に移動可能に備えられる、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの弾性ガイダは、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向に弾性変形可能な第1板バネと、
前記第1板バネから所定の距離だけ離隔して前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記バスバーフレームの前後方向に弾性変形可能な第2板バネと、を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの弾性ガイダは、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記第1板バネと前記第2板バネとを連結するバネ連結部を含む、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バネ連結部は、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの後面と面接触する、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも一つの弾性ガイダは、前記バスバーフレームに一体で形成される、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーアセンブリは、
前記バスバーフレームに備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの前方への離脱を防止する離脱防止ストッパを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記離脱防止ストッパは、
前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの上側に備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーが前方に移動するとき、所定距離以上で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの上端の移動を制限するストッパフックと、
前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの下側に備えられ、前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーが前方に移動するとき、所定距離以上で前記少なくとも一つのセンシングバスバーの下端の移動を制限するストッパ溝と、を含む、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールと、
前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーモジュールをパッケージングするパックケースと、を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 請求項9に記載の少なくとも一つのバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
