Description
Claims (18)
- 外部カニューレ表面と、長手方向軸線及び内半径を画定する内部円筒状ボアとを含むカニューレであって、前記長手方向軸線に平行に測定されたカニューレ長さを画定するカニューレと、
前記カニューレの近位端に隣接するハブと、
を含む眼科用カニューレ組立品であって、
前記カニューレと前記ハブは、トロカール穿刺デバイスに受け入れられるように構成され、前記カニューレは、トロカール穿刺ランセットによって挿入プロセス中に生成された切開部を眼科手術中に、該切開部を通る器具の繰り返しの挿抜を可能にするために開いたままにしておくように構成されており、
該眼科用カニューレ組立品は更に、
前記カニューレ長さの少なくとも一部分にわたって前記外部カニューレ表面に取り付けられた光ファイバーと、
前記光ファイバーの少なくとも一部分を被覆し、且つ前記外部カニューレ表面と接触している被覆材料と、
前記光ファイバーの遠位先端にある光拡散器と
を含み、
前記被覆材料は、透明材料であり、前記光拡散器は、前記被覆材料によって被覆されており、前記光拡散器は、前記被覆材料と直接接触していない、眼科用カニューレ組立品。 - 前記被覆材料は、前記外部カニューレ表面に接着される接着剤封入材料である、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記被覆材料は、前記外部カニューレ表面を覆うポリマーシュリンクラップ管、又は前記外部カニューレ表面に接着されるポリマーフィルムの1つである、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記光拡散器は、前記光ファイバーの前記遠位先端にある球状隆起部を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記光拡散器の少なくとも一部分は、先細形状を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記被覆材料によって被覆された前記光ファイバーの長さは、前記カニューレの前記光ファイバーの取付部分の長さと同じである、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記ハブは、前記ハブを通る漏斗開口部を含み、前記漏斗開口部は、前記カニューレの前記内部円筒状ボアまで延び、且つ前記内部円筒状ボアと連続しており、前記漏斗開口部は、前記カニューレの前記内部円筒状ボアの内径の2倍超の最大開口部直径を画定する内部面取り部を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記内部円筒状ボアと前記外部カニューレ表面との間の前記カニューレの壁厚は、10ミクロン~60ミクロンの範囲である、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 外部カニューレ表面と、長手方向軸線及び内半径を画定する内部円筒状ボアとを含むカニューレであって、前記長手方向軸線に平行に測定されたカニューレ長さを画定するカニューレと、
前記カニューレの近位端に隣接するハブと、
を含む眼科用カニューレ組立品であって、
前記カニューレと前記ハブは、トロカール穿刺デバイスに受け入れられるように構成され、前記カニューレは、トロカール穿刺ランセットによって挿入プロセス中に生成された切開部を眼科手術中に、該切開部を通る器具の繰り返しの挿抜を可能にするために開いたままにしておくように構成されており、
該眼科用カニューレ組立品は更に、
前記カニューレ長さの少なくとも一部分にわたって前記外部カニューレ表面に取り付けられた光ファイバーと、
前記光ファイバーの少なくとも一部分を被覆し、且つ前記外部カニューレ表面と接触している被覆材料と、
前記光ファイバーの遠位先端にある光拡散器と
を含み、
前記外部カニューレ表面は、長手方向溝を含み、及び前記長手方向溝に周方向に隣接する前記カニューレの壁厚は、前記長手方向溝内の前記カニューレの前記壁厚より大きく、前記光ファイバーは、少なくとも部分的に前記長手方向溝内に配置されている、眼科用カニューレ組立品。 - 前記長手方向溝は、5ミクロン~50ミクロンの範囲の溝深さを有する、請求項9に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記内部円筒状ボアは、前記カニューレの前記壁厚が前記カニューレの周縁において最小壁厚から最大壁厚まで変化するように前記外部カニューレ表面に対して偏心しており、前記長手方向溝は、前記最大壁厚に周方向に隣接して配置されている、請求項9に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記外部カニューレ表面上に長手方向に延びる平坦部を更に含み、前記平坦部に周方向に隣接する前記カニューレの壁厚は、前記平坦部における前記カニューレの前記壁厚より大きく、前記光ファイバーは、少なくとも部分的に前記平坦部上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記光拡散器は、0.5mm以下である拡散器後退距離だけ前記カニューレの遠位端から長手方向に凹設されている、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 外部カニューレ表面と、長手方向軸線及び内半径を画定する内部円筒状ボアとを含むカニューレであって、前記長手方向軸線に平行に測定されたカニューレ長さを画定するカニューレと、
前記カニューレの近位端に隣接するハブと、
を含む眼科用カニューレ組立品であって、
前記カニューレと前記ハブは、トロカール穿刺デバイスに受け入れられるように構成され、前記カニューレは、トロカール穿刺ランセットによって挿入プロセス中に生成された切開部を眼科手術中に、該切開部を通る器具の繰り返しの挿抜を可能にするために開いたままにしておくように構成されており、
該眼科用カニューレ組立品は更に、
前記カニューレ長さの少なくとも一部分にわたって前記外部カニューレ表面に取り付けられた光ファイバーと、
前記光ファイバーの少なくとも一部分を被覆し、且つ前記外部カニューレ表面と接触している被覆材料と、
前記光ファイバーの遠位先端にある光拡散器と
を含み、
前記カニューレの遠位端は、前記カニューレの前記遠位端が長手方向に凹設されている場所に切欠きを含み、前記光拡散器は、前記切欠きと周方向に位置合わせされている、眼科用カニューレ組立品。 - 前記光拡散器は、0.5mm以下である拡散器後退距離だけ前記切欠きから長手方向に凹設されている、請求項14に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記カニューレ及び前記ハブは、材料の連続性を有する単一の一体構造の構成要素である、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記ハブは、外側半径方向突起を含むファイバーガイドを含み、前記光ファイバーは、前記ファイバーガイドによって前記長手方向軸線から更に遠ざかる方に曲げられており、前記光ファイバーと前記長手方向軸線との間の距離は、前記光ファイバーが前記外部カニューレ表面に取り付けられている位置において最小である、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
- 前記ハブの外周縁部は、少なくとも2つの把持用平坦部を含む、請求項1に記載の眼科用カニューレ組立品。
