Claims (5)
- 電動機と、
前記電動機により駆動されるスクリューロータと、
前記電動機およびスクリューロータを収納し、前記電動機の外周を保持する保持部を備え、電動機を経たガスを前記スクリューロータへ導く吸入ポートが形成されたケーシングと、を備え、
前記保持部の円周方向の両端には、前記電動機の外壁面と前記ケーシングの内壁面とによってガスが流れるガス通路が形成され、
前記保持部は、ガスの流れの下流側に位置する下流側端部を有し、前記下流側端部は、下流側に行くにつれて円周方向の幅が減少するように構成されており、
前記ケーシングの内壁面であって前記下流側端部に対向し且つ当該下流側端部の下流側で前記ガス通路とは円周方向に異なる位置には、前記内壁面から突出するガイドが設けられており、
前記ガイドは、前記保持部の円周方向の一側面から他側面に亘る範囲にのみ位置する、スクリュー圧縮機。 - 前記ガイドは、円周方向に沿って並ぶ複数のガイドにより構成され、隣り合うガイド間には空間が形成されている、請求項1に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。
- 前記ガイドの前記内壁面からの高さは、前記ガス通路を形成する前記電動機の前記外壁面と前記ケーシングの前記内壁面との間の距離よりも高く設定されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。
- 前記電動機は、
前記外壁面を形成する固定子と、
前記固定子から下流側へ突出するコイルエンドと、を有し、
前記ガイドの上流側の端面は、前記コイルエンドの下流側の端面より、上流側に位置する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。 - 前記保持部は、前記電動機を保持する他の保持部よりも、円周方向の幅が広く構成されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。
