Abstract
Description
(1)ボッシュ部を有する炉体と、前記炉体の炉下部に熱風を吹込む複数の羽口とを有する溶鉱炉における溶融物高さの検出方法であって、羽口前圧力に対する前記ボッシュ部内の圧力損失の増加速度と溶融物の高さとの対応関係を用いて、前記溶鉱炉の炉底部に貯留する溶融物の高さを検出する、溶融物高さの検出方法。
(2)(1)に記載の溶融物高さの検出方法で検出された溶融物の高さが予め定められた閾値を超えた場合に、前記溶融物の製造速度を減少させる操業アクションおよび前記溶融物の排出速度を増加させる操業アクションのうち少なくとも1つを実施する、溶鉱炉の操業方法。

Claims (2)
- ボッシュ部を有する炉体と、前記炉体の炉下部に熱風を吹込む複数の羽口とを有する溶鉱炉における溶融物高さの検出方法であって、
羽口前圧力に対する前記ボッシュ部内の圧力損失の増加速度と溶融物の高さとの対応関係を用いて、前記溶鉱炉の炉底部に貯留する溶融物の高さを検出する、溶融物高さの検出方法。 - 請求項1に記載の溶融物高さの検出方法で検出された溶融物の高さが予め定められた閾値を超えた場合に、
前記溶融物の製造速度を減少させる操業アクションおよび前記溶融物の排出速度を増加させる操業アクションのうち少なくとも1つを実施する、溶鉱炉の操業方法。
