Description

本開示は、一般に、埋め込み型医療装置に関し、より詳細には、埋め込み型医療装置によって生成されたデータを管理及び分析することに関する。
生理学的データは、観察によって収集できるものを遥かに超えた個人の健康状態の理解を医療専門家に提供することができる。例えば、患者の体温、脈拍、脈拍の強さ、呼吸数、血中酸素濃度、1回換気量、血圧、及び様々な他の生理学的パラメータを測定することにより、医療専門家に患者の身体、生命維持に不可欠な重要な器官、及び系統の現状のよりよい理解を提供することができる。生理学的データは、バイオマーカーの測定値をさらに含み得る。
本開示は、遠隔データアナリスト装置を含む様々な通信装置と無線通信するように構成された埋め込み型装置によって生成されたデータを管理、検討、及び分析するためのシステム及び方法を提供することによって、埋め込み型医療装置を有する既知のシステムの欠点を克服する。
本開示のシステムは、埋め込み型医療装置によって生成された生理学的データ及び/又は動作データを監視及び分析するためのシステム及び方法を含む。埋め込み型装置に加えて、本発明の原理に従って構成された例示的なシステムは、充電装置、患者のモバイル通信装置、医師の監視制御装置、及び1つ以上の遠隔サーバを含み得る。1つ以上の遠隔サーバはさらに、遠隔サーバの動作データ及び/又は生理学的データにアクセスして、該動作データ及び/又は該生理学的データを分析するために1つ以上のデータアナリスト装置と通信することができる。このシステムは、生理学的データ及び/又は動作データの分析に基づいて、医師及び/又は患者に病状又は動作異常を警告するように構成することができる。
本件出願は、以下の態様の発明を提供する。

データアナリスト装置において埋め込み型装置から得られたデータを管理及び検討するためのシステムであって:
第1の誘導充電回路、第1のマイクロプロセッサ、バッテリ、第1の通信ユニット、体液を第1の体腔から第2の体腔に移動させるように構成されたポンプ、及び複数のセンサを含むハウジングを備える埋め込み型装置であって、動作データ及び生理学的データを生成するように構成されている、該埋め込み型装置;
第2の誘導充電回路、第2のマイクロプロセッサ、及び第2の通信ユニットを備える充電装置であって、該第2の誘導回路から該第1の誘導回路にエネルギーを経皮的に無線伝達して該バッテリを充電するように構成され、かつ該埋め込み型装置から動作データ及び生理学的データを受信し、そして該動作データ及び該生理学的データを該充電装置に格納するように該埋め込み型装置と通信するようにプログラムされている、該充電装置;並びに
該動作データ及び該生理学的データが遠隔サーバから定期的にダウンロードされ、そしてデータアナリスト装置で検討されるよう、該充電装置に格納された該動作データ及び該生理学的データを該遠隔サーバに送信させるように構成されている、該充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された命令を含む、前記システム。

前記充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令が、前記充電装置にインターネットを介して前記遠隔サーバと通信させるように構成されている、態様1記載のシステム。
(態様3)

該充電装置に該動作データ及び該生理学的データを遠隔サーバへ送信させるように構成されている、該充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された命令;及び
該動作データ及び該生理学的データを該遠隔サーバからダウンロードし、該動作データ及び該生理学的データを検討するように構成されている、データアナリスト装置、を含む、前記システム。 - 前記充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令が、前記充電装置にインターネットを介して前記遠隔サーバと通信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令が、前記充電装置に無線電話方式を介して前記遠隔サーバと通信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令がまた、少なくとも動作パラメータを含む動作命令を前記埋め込み型装置へ送信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記充電装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令が、前記動作データ及び前記生理学的データの送信が暗号化されるよう、該充電装置と前記遠隔サーバとの間の通信を暗号化するように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体及び該非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された命令を含む臨床医用コンピュータをさらに含み、該命令が、該臨床医用コンピュータに前記遠隔サーバと通信させ、そして該遠隔サーバから前記動作データ及び前記生理学的データを受信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体を含み、かつ該非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された命令も含む患者用モバイル通信装置をさらに含み、該命令が、該患者用モバイル通信装置に前記遠隔サーバと通信させ、そして該遠隔サーバから前記動作データ及び前記生理学的データを受信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体及び該非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された命令を含む臨床医用コンピュータをさらに含み、該命令が、少なくとも動作パラメータを含む動作命令を該臨床医用コンピュータから前記充電装置へ送信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記データアナリスト装置が、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体及び該非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された命令をさらに含み、該命令が、該データアナリスト装置に前記遠隔サーバと通信させ、そして該遠隔サーバから前記動作データ及び前記生理学的データを受信させるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記データアナリスト装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令が、該データアナリスト装置に前記動作データ及び前記生理学的データを分析させ、かつアナリストデータを生成させ、そして該データアナリスト装置に、該アナリストデータを前記遠隔サーバへ送信させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項9記載のシステム。
- 前記データアナリスト装置の非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体に格納された前記命令が、前記動作データ又は前記生理学的データのうちの1つ以上が予めプログラムされた閾値を超えると、該データアナリスト装置に警告メッセージを生成させ、そして該警告メッセージを前記患者モバイル通信装置及び前記臨床医用コンピュータの少なくとも1つ以上へ通信させる、請求項9記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のセンサが、心拍数センサ、ECGセンサ、温度センサ、又は呼吸センサのうちの少なくとも1つ以上を含み、前記生理学的データが、心拍数、ECGデータ、温度、又は呼吸数のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
