技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种乳腺癌术后双腔引流装置,可应用于医学手术治疗领域。
背景技术
通常的乳腺癌手术后病人切割组织与皮肤之间位置会有一些积水液体,为了让伤口快速愈合,避免感染细菌,需要及时将这些液体排出。通常是从皮肤手术切口处插入一导管将积液抽出,但因积液中有凝结的血块及其他零散组织容易将导管口堵住,影响排水使用。需要在一次抽出液体时拔出导管多次清洗使用。增加了病人的痛苦及清理效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种乳腺癌术后双腔引流装置,它能克服现有技术的上述缺点。
一种乳腺癌术后双腔引流装置,其特征是有一试管状容器,此试管状容器底部开过滤孔,顶部加塞一橡胶塞,一导管穿过此橡胶塞沿上述试管状容器轴向深入到上述试管状容器内靠近底部,此导管一端在靠近上述橡胶塞处侧面开口引出一分枝导管,此分枝导管从上述试管状容器管壁一开口密封穿出。
在使用时,在过滤孔的过滤作用下,导管不易产生堵塞,极大提高了抽取效率,不必经常抽出导管进行清洗。在需要向病人积液部分的体内给药时,可以通过上述分枝导管注入,这样一方面起到给药的功能,同时还可以把被封堵的过滤孔冲开,以便再次抽取积液,一举两得。

具体实施方式
一种乳腺癌术后双腔引流装置,有一试管状容器1,此试管状容器1底部开过滤孔2,顶部加塞一橡胶塞3,一导管4穿过此橡胶塞3沿上述试管状容器1轴向深入到上述试管状容器1内靠近底部,此导管4一端在靠近上述橡胶塞3处侧面开口引出一分枝导管4,此分枝导管4从上述试管状容器1管壁一开口5密封穿出。
在使用时,封堵上述分枝导管4,将上述试管状容器1有过滤孔2的一端插入病人积水位置抽取积液,由于此过滤孔2较多,不会影响抽液效果。在过滤孔2的过滤作用下,导管4不易产生堵塞,极大提高了抽取效率,不必经常抽出导管4进行清洗。在需要向病人积液部分的体内给药时,可以通过上述分枝导管4注入,这样一方面起到给药的功能,同时还可以把被封堵的过滤孔2冲开,以便再次抽取积液,一举两得。

1.一种乳腺癌术后双腔引流装置,其特征是有一试管状容器(1),此试管状容器(1)底部开过滤孔(2),顶部加塞一橡胶塞(3),一导管(4)穿过此橡胶塞(3)沿上述试管状容器(1)轴向深入到上述试管状容器(1)内靠近底部,此导管(4)一端在靠近上述橡胶塞(3)处侧面开口引出一分枝导管(4),此分枝导管(4)从上述试管状容器(1)管壁一开口(5)密封穿出。
