Description
前記有機修飾ナノダイヤモンドにおいて、ナノダイヤモンドの表面に結合される有機修飾基は、CH 3 (CH 2 ) n NH 2 (nは1以上の整数)であってnは13以上であることを特徴とする熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
オレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂及び有機修飾ナノダイヤモンドを含んでなるマスターバッチを作製する工程と、
当該マスターバッチ及びオレフィン系ゴムを押出機へ供給するとともに、溶融混錬して動的架橋を行い、前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を得る工程とを含むことを特徴とするウエザストリップの製造方法。
Claims (3)
- 動的架橋熱可塑性エラストマーからなる基材に対し、組成物全体に対する割合が15質量%以上36質量%以下の有機修飾ナノダイヤモンドが含まれてなり、
前記有機修飾ナノダイヤモンドにおいて、ナノダイヤモンドの表面に結合される有機修飾基は、CH 3 (CH 2 ) n NH 2 (nは1以上の整数)であってnは13以上であることを特徴とする熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 - 表面を窓ガラスが摺動する摺動部を備え、少なくとも当該摺動部が請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなることを特徴とするウエザストリップ。
- 表面を窓ガラスが摺動する摺動部を備え、少なくとも当該摺動部が請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなるウエザストリップの製造方法であって、
オレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂及び有機修飾ナノダイヤモンドを含んでなるマスターバッチを作製する工程と、
当該マスターバッチ及びオレフィン系ゴムを押出機へ供給するとともに、溶融混錬して動的架橋を行い、前記熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を得る工程とを含むことを特徴とするウエザストリップの製造方法。
