Claims (16)
- ディスプレイ領域、及び前記ディスプレイ領域の外郭に周辺領域を有する下部基板と、
前記下部基板の前記ディスプレイ領域上に配置されるディスプレイ部と、
前記下部基板に対向し、前記ディスプレイ部の上部に配置される上部基板と、
前記下部基板の前記周辺領域上に配置され、前記下部基板と前記上部基板とを接合しているシーリング部材と、を具備し、
前記シーリング部材は、ガラス粒子、セラミックス材料を含んだ第1フィラー、及び流動性を改善する酸化鉄を含んだ第2フィラーを含み、
前記ガラス粒子は、V2O5系物質によって形成され、V 2 O 5 が30ないし50モル%の組成比であり、
前記酸化鉄は、結晶性粒子であり、直径が0.1ないし2μmであり、
前記シーリング部材は、前記ガラス粒子を50ないし90重量%、前記第1フィラーを1ないし50重量%、前記第2フィラーを1ないし5重量%、含む、有機発光ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第2フィラーに含まれた前記酸化鉄は、Fe2O3である、請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1フィラーは、熱膨張係数(CTE)が(-90~50)×10-7/Kの低熱膨張セラミックス材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1フィラーは、ジルコニウム(Zr)系セラミックス、コーディエライト、非晶質シリカ、ユークリプタイト、チタン酸アルミナ、スポジュメン、ウィレマイト及びムライトから構成された群から1種以上を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ガラス粒子は、ZnOが5ないし30モル%、BaOが0ないし20モル%、TeO2が0ないし30モル%、Nb2O5が0ないし7モル%、Al2O3が0ないし7モル%、SiO2が0ないし7モル%、CuOが0ないし5モル%、MnO2が0ないし5モル%、CaOが0ないし5モル%の組成比である、請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置。
- ディスプレイ領域、及び前記ディスプレイ領域の外郭に周辺領域を有する下部基板を準備する段階と、
前記下部基板の前記ディスプレイ領域上に、ディスプレイ部を形成する段階と、
前記下部基板の前記周辺領域上に、ガラス粒子、セラミックス材料を含んだ第1フィラー、及び流動性を改善する酸化鉄を含んだ第2フィラーを含むシーリング用組成物を形成する段階と、
前記下部基板上に上部基板を位置させた後、前記シーリング用組成物を媒介にして、前記下部基板と前記上部基板とを接合する段階と、を含み、
前記ガラス粒子は、V2O5系物質によって形成され、V 2 O 5 が30ないし50モル%の組成比であり、
前記酸化鉄は、結晶性粒子であり、直径が0.1ないし2μmであり、
前記シーリング用組成物は、前記ガラス粒子を50ないし90重量%、前記第1フィラーを1ないし50重量%、前記第2フィラーを1ないし5重量%、含む、有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記第2フィラーに含まれた前記酸化鉄は、Fe2O3である、請求項6に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1フィラーは、熱膨張係数(CTE)が(-90~50)×10-7/Kの低熱膨張セラミックス材料を含む、請求項6または7に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記第1フィラーは、ジルコニウム(Zr)系セラミックス、コーディエライト、非晶質シリカ、ユークリプタイト、チタン酸アルミナ、スポジュメン、ウィレマイト及びムライトから構成された群から1種以上を含む、請求項6~8のいずれか一つに記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記ガラス粒子は、ZnOが5ないし30モル%、BaOが0ないし20モル%、TeO2が0ないし30モル%、Nb2O5が0ないし7モル%、Al2O3が0ないし7モル%、SiO2が0ないし7モル%、CuOが0ないし5モル%、MnO2が0ないし5モル%、CaOが0ないし5モル%の組成比である、請求項6~9のいずれか一つに記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記下部基板と前記上部基板とを接合する段階は、前記シーリング用組成物が形成された前記上部基板または前記下部基板にレーザを照射し、前記下部基板と前記上部基板とを接合する段階である、請求項6に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- V 2 O 5 が30ないし50モル%の組成比であるV2O5系のガラス粒子と、
セラミックス材料を含む第1フィラーと、
流動性を改善する酸化鉄を含む第2フィラーと、を具備し、
前記ガラス粒子は、V2O5系物質によって形成され、
前記酸化鉄は、結晶性粒子であり、直径が0.1ないし2μmであり、
前記ガラス粒子を50ないし90重量%、前記第1フィラーを1ないし50重量%、前記第2フィラーを1ないし5重量%、含むディスプレイ装置シーリング用組成物。 - 前記第2フィラーに含まれた前記酸化鉄は、Fe2O3である、請求項12に記載のディスプレイ装置シーリング用組成物。
- 前記第1フィラーは、熱膨張係数(CTE)が(30~90)×10-7/Kの低熱膨張セラミックス材料を含む、請求項12または13に記載のディスプレイ装置シーリング用組成物。
- 前記第1フィラーは、ジルコニウム(Zr)系セラミックス、コーディエライト、非晶質シリカ、ユークリプタイト、チタン酸アルミナ、スポジュメン、ウィレマイト及びムライトから構成された群から1種以上を含む、請求項12~14のいずれか一つに記載のディスプレイ装置シーリング用組成物。
- 前記ガラス粒子は、ZnOが5ないし30モル%、BaOが0ないし20モル%、TeO2が0ないし30モル%、Nb2O5が0ないし7モル%、Al2O3が0ないし7モル%、SiO2が0ないし7モル%、CuOが0ないし5モル%、MnO2が0ないし5モル%、CaOが0ないし5モル%の組成比である、請求項12~15のいずれか一つに記載のディスプレイ装置シーリング用組成物。
