Description
本出願は、2017年4月27日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10-2017-0054315号及び2018年4月19日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10-2018-0045419号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、該当大韓民国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み込まれる。
本出願は、電気変色素子に関する。
*透過率:oceanopticsを用いて測定した。具体的に、下記で製造された素子の横長さ(10cm)を大略3等分した3地点(脱色時のB1、B2、B3地点;着色時のC1、C2、C3地点)で、時間による透過率の変化をそれぞれ測定した。
第1積層体の製造:蒸着方式を用い、150nm厚さのPET基材上にITO(厚さ:100nm)層、及びWO3層(厚さ:350nm)を順に形成した。ITO層とWO3層の平面広さは、同一の大きさ(横×縦:10cm×7cm)の四角形になるようにした。
第1及び第2積層体を製造するとき、WO3層とPB層のそれぞれ1個の縁のみをエッチングし、エッチングされた1個の縁のみに対してニッケルテープを付着したこと以外は、同一の方法で素子を製造した。変色時間の測定結果は図4の通りである。

Claims (15)
- 電極層と、
前記電極層上に位置する電気変色層と、
前記電極層上に位置し、閉環状を有する導電バンド(band)と、
前記電極層と対向する前記電気変色層の一面の反対の一面上に位置する電解質層と、
前記電気変色層と対向する前記電解質層の一面の反対の一面上に位置する対極層と、
前記対極層上に位置し、閉環状を有する第2導電バンドと、を含み、
前記導電バンドは、前記電気変色層の外側面を取り囲むことを特徴とする、電気変色素子。 - 前記導電バンドは、前記電気変色層と接することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記電極層は、前記導電バンドの面積と前記電気変色層の面積を合わせた面積と同一であるかそれより大きい面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記電気変色層と前記導電バンドは、それぞれ前記電極層の同一の一面と接することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記導電バンドは、前記電気変色層の厚さ以上の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記電解質層は、ゲルポリマー電解質を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記対極層と前記電解質層との間にイオン貯蔵層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記第2導電バンドは、前記イオン貯蔵層と接することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記第2導電バンドは、前記イオン貯蔵層の側面を取り囲むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記対極層は、前記第2導電バンドの面積と前記イオン貯蔵層の面積を合わせた面積と同一であるかそれより大きい面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記イオン貯蔵層と前記第2導電バンドは、それぞれ前記対極層の同一の一面と接することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記第2導電バンドは、前記イオン貯蔵層の厚さ以上の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記第2導電バンドは、前記対極層と前記イオン貯蔵層との間に位置するか、又は前記対極層と対向する前記イオン貯蔵層の一面の反対の一面上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記イオン貯蔵層は、前記第2導電バンドの面積と前記第2導電バンドの閉環内部の面積を合わせた面積と同一であるかそれより大きい面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記導電バンド及び第2導電バンドは、ニッケル(Ni)、アルミニウム(Al)、銀(Ag)、銅(Cu)、亜鉛(Zn)、金(Au)、パラジウム(Pd)、白金(Pt)又はそれらの合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
