Description
Claims (8)
- 近位端および遠位端を有する筒であり、薬剤を収容するためのリザーバを少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記薬剤が、液体キャリアに固体を懸濁させた懸濁液を含む、筒と、
前記リザーバと流体連通した針であり、患者に注射するための遠位端および前記リザーバ内の近位端を有する針と、
前記リザーバ内に提供されたプランジャであり、前記リザーバからの前記懸濁液を前記針を通して押し出すために選択的に移動可能なプランジャと、
前記懸濁液と連通するように前記リザーバ内に配置された少なくとも1つの撹拌機構であり、前記針の周りに固定された1または複数のフィンを備え、および、前記プランジャが移動する間、前記懸濁液を撹拌するように構成された撹拌機構と
を備え、
前記1または複数のフィンは、前記プランジャが移動する力の下で前記懸濁液がその中へ押し込まれる流路を画定し、
前記1または複数のフィンが、針カニューレの近位端を通り過ぎた懸濁液を前記筒の前記遠位端に向けて導くように構成されていることを特徴とする薬物送達装置。 - 前記筒の前記遠位端を密封するセプタムをさらに備え、前記針は前記セプタムを貫き、および、前記1または複数のフィンは前記針の周りで前記セプタム上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記1または複数のフィンは前記筒上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記筒内で動かないように配置された環状栓をさらに備え、前記1または複数のフィンは前記環状栓上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記1または複数のフィンはプレート状形状に形成され、遠位方向に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記1または複数のフィンは少なくとも2つのフィンを含み、および、前記少なくとも2つのフィンの間に形成された1または複数の流路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記1または複数のフィンは薬剤が前記筒の前記遠位端に衝突し、そこから跳ね返るように導くように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記1または複数のフィンは薬剤が前記セプタムに衝突し、そこから跳ね返るように導くように構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の薬物送達装置。
